Excelente en todo.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen lo necesario para descansar, el personal siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y fueron muy coordiales. Seguro volveria por una larga estancia para conocer más de Orizaba.

Faltan Kleenex en las habitaciones y ME PARECE MUY IMPORTANTE QUE LOS CARROS DE ROPA SUCIA NO SE DEJEN EN LOS PASILLOS FRENTE A LOS CUARTOS PORQUE DA MUY MAL ASPECTO, AUNQUE ESTÉN VACÍOS. SIN DUDA LOS PUEDEN BAJAR A UNA BODEGA TODOS JUNTOS. ESTO NO ES UN DETALLE TRIVIAL PUES ES MUY DESAGRADABLE VERLOS AL SALIR DE LA HABITACIÓN.

Excelente opción para disfrutar Orizaba.
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal fue agradable. La alberca también fue muy agradable. El diseño del hotel es muy agradable. La ubicación me quedó perfecta tanto por la llegada a la ciudad como la cercanía a muchos de los sitios turísticos.

Cons:

Tal vez algo para colgar la ropa mojada que se uso en la alberca. Para no usar la silla de la terraza.

Very nice place to stay in Orizaba
Pros:

Hotel Gamma was recommended to me by family friends and it was a great experience. It is very clean and modern. The room was super comfortable and the beds were terrific. I got great sleep! We ordered room service and it was quick, delicious and not pricey at all! I did not get to use the roof top pool or restaurant but both were very nice looking and welcoming.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that my daughter and I were trying to eat some mid morning snacks that were purchased at local convenient store and we decided to eat them downstairs. We didn't sit in the main lobby where the buffet was but off to the side behind an adjoining wall so as not to interrupt the breakfast service. But a female hotel worker ran us off and told us we couldn't sit there. I asked where we can eat our snacks and she told me the only place that we can eat them was our room. She was rude and didn't give us any helpful alternatives.

La terraza es la mayor ventaja del alojamiento. También es bastante céntrico. Es algo ruidoso.

Cons:

Las reglas de la terraza me parecieron algo complicadas. Tienen un bar/restaurante que no combina bien con la piscina a pesar de que son vecinos. No pude cobrar mis bebidas al cuarto y fui llamada varias veces para ir a pagar una cuenta que claramente no estaba tratando de evitar.
