Breakfast was decent.

Area was nice.
Didn't like being charged a service charge when going to the bar myself. Especially as the prices are premium to begin with.
Great location, lovely room and friendly staff
Bathroom was a little dated
The room was very spacious, and the staff were fantastic. There was an issue with our room booking, and the manager personally saw to it that we were given the room we needed. Will stay here again!
We moved from another hotel to here .
Sadly it was only for one night .
The staff especially Anna in front office and concierge Robin went above and beyond to do everything to help us.
The standard of this hotel was exceptional . We hope to go back soon .

A great family friendly place to stay. Excellent food. Great staff and meet individual needs
La ubicación, la habitación y el desayuno,
Las camas realmente muy cómodas, la habitación súper espaciosa mejor de lo esperado, la ropa de baño de exquisita calidad y la marca que utilizan para el aseo de crema y ducha son espectaculares. , personalmente me ha parecido que los desayunos además son i muy frescos variados, al menos muy a mi gusto, para repetir sin duda.

Location perfect for the price. if you need anything you can text the reception and they respond straight away.
Not a great view from the room (on the third floor), but we didn't mind given the value for money and handy location.

The reception staff was very rude , they charged me £50 as security deposit and no where that was mentioned , further i requested for invoice for my booking and they sent me an invoice with zero amount in it , little disappointing as per Hilton standards where corporate employees bring business for them
Room was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Executive room comes with 2 hour visit to the Exexcutive Suite with drinks and snacks
Breakfast was very canteenish, noisy and food not great but edible.
Staff were friendly and helpful, beds were really comfortable and good sized room
No pool, can't have everything though, it was in a good location still

Logo na chegada, entregam pecinhas de Lego num saquinho para montarem e levarem para casa, além de comidinhas para alimentar os patos no canal próximo. No restaurante, contam com uma área especial no café da manhã e itens de distração.
⚬ Atendimento e Agilidade no Check-in: Eficiência impressionante. Fizemos a reserva apenas uma hora antes de chegar ao hotel e, mesmo com esse intervalo curtíssimo, o processo de check-in deu super certo e foi extremamente rápido.
⚬ Gastronomia e Café da Manhã: O café da manhã é super variado e muito gostoso, agradando tanto aos adultos quanto às crianças com opções pensadas especialmente para elas.
⚬ Localização e Arredores: Localização imbatível. Fica coladinho em várias opções de transporte rápido e prático (Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line e DLR), facilitando o deslocamento econômico pela cidade. Basta atravessar a ponte para ter acesso a shoppings funcionais com ótimos restaurantes, farmácias e mercados.
⚬ Quarto e Conforto: Quarto muito espaçoso, com camas, roupas de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade, garantindo muito conforto.
⚬ Infraestrutura: Os elevadores merecem destaque: são absurdamente rápidos, algo que nunca tinha visto igual em outro hotel e que otimiza muito o dia a dia.
O único grande contratempo da estadia foi o disparo do alarme de incêndio por volta de meia-noite. Todos os hóspedes precisaram evacuar o prédio de pijama, incluindo as crianças. Tivemos que aguardar a liberação e avaliação dos bombeiros do lado de fora até podermos retornar. Ficou comprovado que era um alarme falso, mas causou um desconforto considerável no meio da noite.
