Excellent as always
Pros:

Just had an excellent one night stay. Thank you for the upgrade to the king junior suite - that was very comfortable indeed!
Reception staff were excellent as always; as were the staff at breakfast. All welcoming and friendly.
Paulette in the executive lounge is a star! Friendly; helpful and keeps the place flowing nicely!! Great to have Peroni on offer now instead of Budweiser.
Only thing we miss is the executive lounge breakfast - would be so nice to have that brought back!

Pros:

We stayed here for two nights Sat & Sun as my wife ran the London Marathon. Perfect location, great transport links, very quiet due to the surrounding road closures- perfect! From start to finish Mara Rubia Cabrera in reception at the hotel was extremely helpful with our booking; she ensured that we had a quiet room away from the lifts as requested, and could not have been more helpful. But that's not all... when we returned home we realised my wife had left her kindle in the room and Mara tracked it down & had it returned to us- at no additional cost. Lovely hotel, great staff- Mara Rubia Cabrera is a real asset to the Hilton organisation.

Fabulous customer service from Paulette.
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel are the people who work here. Paulette in the executive lounge has just been so kind this evening. A heartfelt thank you to her, she showed such kindness to my mom during our visit. Her care, warmth and professionalism were genuinely appreciated. Outstanding customer service.

Fab stay, thank you!
Pros:

Staff were super attentive, quick to help. Loved the text after arrival in room to check on us, was really helpful when we needed milk and a toothbrush, which were quickly delivered.
We thought the Happy Anniversary dessert in our room was a lovely touch, thank you!
The beds was comfy, the room was large for a standard double and was very quiet. We slept really well.

Best Hilton I have visited!
Pros:

Having visited a number of Hilton hotels, this hotel in Canary Wharf is definitely the best we have visited. Large room, excellent communicative and switched on staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was in a lovely sunlit dining room, large and relaxing. Breakfast quality and service was excellent! I would definitely recommend this hotel in Canary Wharf.
