Room not ready for check in for a long time, some staff uninterested in helping.
Pros:

Location's great, no doubt. Staff seemed at times annoyed having to deal with a guest question. Breakfast war rather unimpressive. Rubbish in the hallways remains uncollected for days.

Cons:

Some staff members seemed rather rude. Room was not ready way past check in time, despite my request to check in early. Overall my impression is overpriced.

Pros:

Haben hier schon öfters übernachtet und können das Hilton nur empfehlen. Gut gelegen, sauber, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Immer schön, dort einige Tage verbringen zu können. Kommen immer gerne wieder.🥰

Hilton London Canary Warf - amazing stay

Our stay at the Hilton Canary Warf was awesome. Great hospitality and service. Paulette went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed in terms of recommendations for things to do outside of our business trip.

Clean and friendly
Pros:

My stay here has been great! The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially like the breakfast buffet. The staff have been very accommodating and Swapna at the restaurant/bar was so friendly and helped make my stay welcoming and hydrated!
