Best Front Desk staff
Pros:

As always - a wonderful stay, made especially so by the staff. Big call out to Front of House Team Members, Thilan and Shaima who made our visit so fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had a first class experience. In addition, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the dining room food is excellent and the location is superb. Thank you all!

Great location. Clean and spacious suite let down by bed.
Pros:

The location is excellent for Canary Wharf and the tube station and the Docklands Light Railway. We had a junior suite which was a great size.

Cons:

The bed mattress was not great, really not supportive and not reflective of the cost of the room. Didn’t sleep at all well. The pillows were too soft too. These were replaced with foam ones very quickly when we asked.

Perfect Stay for the O2
Pros:

On site underground parking was secure, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for the O2 - only 1 stop on the underground.

Cons:

The process of leaving your car parked outside the hotel entrance, down the side road to then check in was a bit strange and blocked traffic. Can imagine at busy check in periods that would get quite hectic. Would be easier to park in the car park first.

Great service - a new default
Pros:

For years my default hotel in London has been the Radisson in Canary Wharf. However, over the last 12 months things have really gone downhill and so I’ve been looking for a new ‘regular’.

We stayed at the Hilton around Halloween last year and were impressed and so when we wanted to spend a long weekend in town last week, we booked again.

The experience was excellent. Booking was easy, and when we arrived the service was excellent. From the front desk to mealtimes.

The family room was spacious and comfortable and the staff had laid out some very nice touches for us. The snacks and the soft toys for our boys were appreciated.

When we needed help with cleaning we were put up in a lounge while it was done (thanks Ellie) and staff checked in with us regularly to see that we were ok.

We do love a proper hotel breakfast - the Hilton does a really good one. There’s a good selection and plenty of it.

If I had a moan, it is that the Hilton is usually more expensive than other local hotels.

However, this time I can’t complain. We had a lovely stay and we’ll be back.

Brilliant stay for o2 concert
Pros:

Room was amazing, closely situated to the O2 via the jubilee line, short walk. Breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay there again!

Cons:

We had to pay a £50.00 security deposit- wasn’t made aware of at the time of booking. Refund has been received
