Perfect location, comfortable, staff are friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the staff were so friendly. We had booked another place to stay but it was not right for us so we booked this hotel last minute the hotel were so understanding and really went out of their way to ensure our stay was great.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

We loved it. The Hotel and location was fantastic.
Pros:

The Hotel was great with a fantastic central location with access to shops and trains. Great experience.

We booked to stay overnight, hotel was ideally located, staff were very friendly and room was perfect. No issues at all.
Pros:

Location was ideal for our trip to London. Family Room was massive, comfy beds and good amenities.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Fire alarm at night went off but it was sorted promptly.

Great location for Canary wharf
Pros:

We booked the executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great, excellent options for hot and cold food. They had a little play area for kids which was amazingZ

Cons:

Executive lounge was a disappointment compared to what it was previously. Broken leaky coffee machine and some sad biscuits only during the day.
