Location and facility
It was a perfect place to stay for the holidays specially if you have a family of 5. Kitchen included!!
That was a plus. We had a great dinner at the hotel for Christmas and made breakfast everyday on our stay. Also nearest Walmart was 8 minutes away and vail village just 8 minutes away.
no breakfast
It was an ok experience. Parking was bad and we had a mouse.. It was a good location for our sporting event.
Clean comfortable room, good TV viewing
We live the property. We have a timeshare there for the last 20 some years. This was only for one night. That is why we went through booking.com
The front desk person was not friendly at all. He acted like he did not want to be there.
The establishment was kept up well. It looks like the place has been around a bit. The room was clean but had a really bad mildew smell.
The room had a really strong mildew smell. The water had a mildew smell and taste to it as well. You had to run it for a bit to clear it out in order to get a drink of water. There was construction on a new building going on just outside the bedroom window. The staff at the front desk was horrible. The first night I got there, no welcome in, nothing, it was like why are you bothering me. Non inviting, no customer service skills, and when you ask a question you get talked down to. Norman I think was the second person I talked to and he was rude and no help as well.
The apartment style rooms. The pools And hot tubs,
Lack of parking for more than one car, for a large family, and the place seems a bit worn down for that price. Without the pool and hot tub it wouldn’t be worth that charge. Resort is a bit of a stretch.
Beautiful setting, room was spacious,. Hallways are narrow, not clean, door locks are challenging.
Good location, spacious interior of the unit
The parking info is false: only 1 car can park at property and Vail has extremely restricted parking policy-fine for the street parking, parking garage is for $35 or 60/var /day.. the diswasher and fridge was not wirking fine, staff is not really helpful, the pool is very dirty, water looked very murky
Price and location
Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. They need to train their staff better so they can provide accurate information to guests.
Stay wasn't to back . Place could be cleaner. Manager was very rude . Would not suggest it to anyone.
Nothing.
Loud, wooden, out dated front covered balconies. Used wash cloth on shower curtain. Noticed silver fish while sitting on toilet. Unit get severly Hot during days because of Old out dated windows and insulation. No AC so you have to leave entry door open during evenings to let cooler air in and open bedroom window as well. While bedroom window is open you can hear the I-70 Interstate traffic until 1:00a.m. Kids running down balconies. Spend just a little more money and stay elsewhere! Towels are crunchy. Not soft. No real satelight or cable channels. Only Roku so channels are limited. Parking lot fills up with near by construction workers. Parking spaces are only small car friendly.
