The room was clean
There was an overwhelming cloying smell of room freshener throughout the room and the corridors which made me constantly nauseated that I elected not to have my prepaid breakfast
The corridors were dimly lit and claustrophobic with no signage to lifts or parking.
The parking spaces were so narrow, it was impossible to squeeze a suitcase around and required backing into the spot.
The instructions on checking in, even though I had rung prior were not accurate.
The staff struggled to even open the front door when I arrived late in the evening.The staff struggled with the computer check in for sometime. I was initially told there was no parking on the access floors and I would have to park in the basement and carry my suitcase up the parking ramps late at night to access hotel entrance - I have obvious mobility issues. One of the staff in the back room overheard my conversation and offered to move his car so I did not require to walk up ramps.
Staff were very accomodating and room was big and clean
There were homeless men around the front door of the hotel in the evenings
