Stanza veramente piccola posta al terzo piano ma l'ascensore arriva al primo e dopo corridoio e scale si arriva al terzo.

The location of the hotel was everything you would want from a trip to Edinburgh. Right next to a royal mile and close to all the restaurants and shops.
Staff were helpful and polite.
The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The room was very poor. The smallest box I’ve ever seen. Very hot and no space to move, bed was up against the wall so I had to climb over my wife to go bathroom.
Very overpriced

La ubicación es excelente. El personal MUY atento.

Cons:

Un poco ruidoso por el bar de al lado, pero este sería lo ÚNICO a mencionar (y tampoco evitó el buen descanso). Solo lo menciono por si acaso a alguien le sirve.

Grubby, noisy, too close to pub and staff a bit slow.

It’s above a pub (and actually connected to the pub inside) and on a Sunday afternoon we had to arrive among throngs of drunk people, broken glass, piles of cups and sticky marks on the floor. The room looked out over the crowds of drunk people and the room itself was not clean and was in need of a proper spring clean, the windows were filthy, the window frames black and mucky, and there were cornflakes on the floor!! Bathroom not too bad. When we arrived there was a sign saying “we’ll be back soon we’re helping another guest” but it took 20 mins of waiting before she turns up, and she didn’t explain or let us know where she’d been, there needs to be more than one staff member. By the time she arrived there were about 10 people waiting to check in.
