Treppauf, treppab und verwinkelt zum Zimmer. Temperatur der Dusche nicht verstellbar, war zu heiß, wurde trotz Reklamation nicht behoben.
Property looked a bit rundown but the room was good, beds were very comfortable . It was very close to the Castle and the Royal mile, good for going to tattoo
Not to our taste but that’s a personal thing.

Location, friendly staff, really comfortable beds, clean.
It got a little stuffy and hot, we were grateful for the 3 fans that were provided in the room.
The location is excellent, right next to Victoria Street. Easy walk to Edinburgh Castle and the royal mile. Rooms were clean and updated.
We had 3 fans in the room but none of them worked. We only stayed 1 night so we didn’t say anything to the staff, I’m sure they would’ve helped us if we had.

Great location and wonderful staff.
I ended up in a very small room with a small window looking out at a wall with another small window, right into someone else’s room. I am someone who loves light and though the lighting inside the small space was great, I would have preferred a real window. That said, I would stay here again, absolutely. I’d just ask for a room with a real window.
Really great (even fancy) location — 15 minutes from the rail station, close to the main sightseeing places
The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful — we asked for the second blanket and then decided to extend our stay by 1 more day. Both of the requests were fulfilled in less than half an hour
The room is really small but actually gives a cozy atmosphere. Would like to have more shelves to put my stuff on but otherwise it’s great. Room was clean and tidy when we arrived and after cleaning during the day

So, overall, it’s pricy (mostly because of the location) but we had a fantastic time
