Location. Walking distance to multiple venues.
Posizione ottima con parcheggio a pagamento a 10 min a piedi.
Arredamento in genere datato. La struttura è storica ma richiede certamente un aggiornamento. Se hai la valigia e capiti al terzo piano preparati a fare scale attraverso un dedalo di corridoi e altre scale.
La pulizia accettabile ma onestamente si può fare molto ma molto meglio. Finestre con doppi vetri ma quella esterna era bloccata e non si poteva chiudere. Insonorizzazione non adeguata
We were not told in ample time where we could park Our car. We emailed requesting information and eventually had to call. We received conflicting answers. We knew there was no parking in site, however directions to near by parking g would have been very helpful!

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was very good
No lift to go to some rooms on upper floors, narrow foyers, feels extremely claustrophobic. Windows in the room are broken, do not open.
Location ok if you are a tourist or visiting for work or the university - I was not any of those.
I really struggled with the layout of the place. I had heavy baggage and getting up to my room, which in a part well beyond where the elevator reaches out the back somewhere with lots of twists and turns, was a big struggle.

The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We are centrally located close to everything. The staff was very lovely..
Location of the hotel is good.
The hotel is centrally located, which is a positive point, but the noise from outside was a serious disadvantage. There was loud noise until around midnight, and because the window insulation was not good, the noise could be heard clearly in the room until almost 1 a.m.
The room was generally clean, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the toilet.
Another major issue was the shower. The water was constantly very hot, and the temperature control did not work properly.
Also, although I had selected a double bed online, when I arrived at the hotel I saw that two single beds had simply been pushed together. Since there was a gap/division between them and it was not one proper bed, it felt more like sleeping in a single bed rather than a real double bed.
In addition, one of the windows did not have a blackout curtain. As a result, too much light entered the room, which made it difficult to fall asleep at night.
Considering all these issues, the hotel was far below my expectations for the price paid. For the facilities and comfort provided, the price was definitely too high.

The breakfast provided with the stay in the pub next door was terrible. The service was grudging and the food was substandard.
