Perfect hotel for a stay in Cernobbio overlooking lake Como.
Pros:

Great customer service. Great Location and parking (car is needed). Room was clean (on the smaller side) and view from the window was amazing. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

Superbe vue depuis l’hôtel, chambre confortable, personnel très gentil et accueillant, et petit déjeuner excellent ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, au niveau d’un virage où les automobilistes klaxonnaient pour signaler leur arrivée, ce qui était très désagréable, et l’isolation phonique était insuffisante puisque nous entendions énormément les voisins du dessus, ce que je trouve vraiment moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch in den Bergen mit einem tollen Blick auf den See gelegen. Das Hotel selbst ist ansprechend, gepflegt und hübsch dekoriert, das Essen und Frühstück toll. Zusammenfassend durchaus ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war sehr eng und schmal und hatte eine Treppe in einen oberen Bereich, der zwar etwas großzügiger war, aber zum Aufstehen nachts nicht sehr vorteilhaft war. Das Zimmer war definitiv zu teuer!

ארוחת בוקר טובה, מלון נעים בסך הכל, נוף לאגם, חניה קרובה של המלון.

Cons:

מזגן עובד שלא ניתן לתפעל אותו. נאלצנו לכבות אותו מהלוח חשמל.
