Goed hotel met een mooie uitzicht.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, diner hebben wij daar niet genomen. Uitzicht fantastisch. Badkamer was prima, de bedden veel te hard, de kamer was wel lekker koel, de airco hebben ze de hele dag aan staan. Je moet wel een auto hebben want als je naar het dorpje wil moet je wel behoorlijk stuk omlaag en omhoog lopen en met die hitte van 39 graden is dat niet te doen. Zwembad was goed en schoon alleen zijn er toch nog mensen die hun handdoeken voor 09.00 op de bedjes leggen. Het zwembad was ook pas open vanaf 09.00.

Cons:

De bedden en het personeel is niet altijd vriendelijk wel achter de receptie maar meer achter de bar en restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel has an absolutely stunning view of Lake Como, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were several aspects that were disappointing.
First, while some staff members were polite, not all of them were welcoming or friendly. At times, the communication felt abrupt and not in line with what you would expect from a four-star hotel.
Another issue was that everything seemed to revolve around extra charges. Even something as basic as bottled water in the room was not complimentary. When we asked for water, the immediate response was that we had to pay for it. Similarly, although breakfast officially ended at 10:00 a.m., we arrived just three minutes later while everything was still set up and simply asked for a coffee, but were told we had to pay because breakfast had ended. A little flexibility and hospitality would have made a big difference.
The rooms are also very small, especially for families traveling with a baby and multiple suitcases. There was very little space to move around comfortably.
The breakfast itself was acceptable, but the selection was quite limited and lacked the variety you would normally expect from a hotel in this category.
Another inconvenience is the location. The hotel is not in the city center, and transportation around Lake Como can be challenging. Finding a taxi or Uber was often difficult. Unless you have your own car, I would not recommend staying here.
Finally, the hotel appeared to have only one person handling reception duties, check-in, check-out, and luggage assistance. Although he worked hard, this resulted in long waiting times because one person simply cannot manage all these responsibilities efficiently.
Overall, the breathtaking view is unforgettable, but the service, room size, and overall guest experience did not meet our expectations for a four-star hotel.
