Muy buen hotel.
Pros:

La ubicacion, el parking y el personal eran fantasticos. Sin duda lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

La piscina interior estaba llena de telarañas, bichos muertos y suciedad por los bordes de las plantas. Un poco mas de mantenimiento en esa zona hubiese estado mejor.
La habitacion para 3 un poco justa.

Lovely, fancy stay in Santiago

Pros:

Large bedroom! Facilities! Reception staff! Lovely lobby area!

Cons:

Lack of sunbeds! People leaving belongings on sunbeds & not using them! Substandard wifi! Pool bar beers were flat & the bar person was not bothered! Rooms are getting a little tired. It is not a 5* despite claiming to be!

Très bel hôtel pour se relaxer après le Camino
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cet hôtel qui mérite bien ses 5 étoiles. La chambre était grande et très confortable avec un grand lit king-size, du mobilier fonctionnel en quantité suffisante. La literie était très confortable.
La salle de bains était grande avec un lavabo double-vasque. La décoration était chic, sobre et intemporelle.
Très bonne insonorisation.
Le repas du soir était très bien. Le buffet du peti-déjeuner était fantastique, il y en avait pour tous les goûts et nous avons pu commander des oeufs sur le plat à notre convenance. Nous avons également profité de la piscine extérieure ( il y en a aussi une intérieure). Le personnel a été accueillant, attentionné et très aimable, professionnel en tout point.
L'hôtel est un peu excentré ( environ 1 Km de la cathédrale) mais le trajet à pied est facile et se fait en 15 minutes ou moins.
