Pros:

Large modern hotel in parkland 15 minute walk from cathedral. Car parking. Very comfortable rooms with excellent in room facilities. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff.

Das NH Collection ist ein Businesshotel mit guter Lage zur Kathedrale und der Altstadt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt einfach alles, sogar einen separaten Tisch mit Spezialitäten vom Jakobsweg. Die Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet, sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Untidy, run down, but the staff are lovely.

Good location and lovely staff. Very helpful indeed.

Cons:

For a five star hotel, it didn’t have that feel at all... Tatty, untidy and patchy in places and having to sign for Spa towels felt more like a leisure centre than a top hotel.

Cenamos en el hotel por comodidad, pero nos arrepentímos ya que la comida no estaba a la altura del hotel, esperábamos un mejor sabor y calidad, uno de los platos tenía arroz y estaba pegado, insípido sin sabor, decepcionante

Pros:

El hotel es espectáculo, amplio, moderno, muy cerca del centro turístico de Santiago a pie, pero un poquito alejado para vivir la tranquilidad de la ciudad. El desayuno excelente. Las habitaciones amplias, lindas, al igual que los baños. En este caso pedí baño sin bañera para mis papas, y cumplieron con todas las cositas extras pedidas. Además, estacionamiento en la puerta gratis si consigues lugar, o si no te ofrecen una zona techada paga. ¡Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería!

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Restaurant. Parkplatz kostenfrei direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten auf eine junior Suite. Sehr großes Zimmer

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sind die Zimmer ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Stockflecken im Badezimmer, Duschkabine verkalkt und an allen Möbeln Gebrauchsspuren.
