No elevator to 2nd floor...should have read the small print
The man at the check in counter was nice
2 floors but no elevator. Broken toilet and locks in our room. Broken tub and stained couch in our relative’s room

Breakfast was a disaster
It looked like a staff problem but no explanation or apology was given.
The A/ C was extremely loud and there was another compressor close by that just exacerbated the situation. Road roar from motor way just made whole night uncomfortable
I liked it was close to where I needed to go. Beds were comfortable and check in process was amazing!
The pull out couch bed had a huge stain on it. Either blood or fecal matter. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast wasn’t the best.
Our room looked like someone had tried to break in at some point
Letting guests take their breakfast back to their room.Be much appreciated, you see that there's not enough seating in the breakfast area
