The bed was comfy.
The place was very outdated. Had to walk two flights of stairs with heavy bags no lifts. Steps were falling apart. The room had just a bench only which had a small coffee machine and paper cups to make your tea or coffee. No fridge if you wanted to put anything in and no cupboard to hang clothes. Some of the lights were no working either.
It was a long way to town.
Staff were accommodating
Tv didn’t work and no one could fix, rooms were tired and dirty. Socks turned black from the oily dirt in carpet.
It wasn't a good area and no lift

Really was happily surprised with the proximity to the Canada games facility, the waffle maker for the breakfast, and the servicing of the rooms.

We paid for a balcony room and the balcony was not accessible. It was taped off
