I’ve stayed in worse for more money.
Pros:

Big room. Excellent staff. Convienient, decent breakfast. Clean sheets and towels comfortable beds

Staff need to make sure that they are putting clean sheets on the beds. One bed was gross with hair and the top sheet was worn out in places.

Pros:

It was in a great position within walking distance to facilities we needed. The rooms were large with good facilities and very cakes . Breakfast was an added bonus.

It was a good stopover for us on the way to Banff.
Pros:

We were very thankful for the beautiful breakfast provided. Makes our stopover so much easier without have to look for a place to eat early in the morning. Much appreciated it.

Cheap, clean, convenient. Good for a quick overnighter.
Pros:

Basic rooms, beds (king) were ok, typical continental breakfast. Parking was easy, lots of spots.

Cons:

Dirty (outside) windows. One room had a giant bird crap on it and it wasn't fresh... A/C in same room not very cold, filter light was on and it was leaking on the floor. Kitchenette (2 burner stove top) were scary old (70's) i'd be afraid to turn it on
