La habitación estaba muy bien y las instalaciones también. El desayuno muy completo y la ubicación bastante cómoda. El sitio es bonito y hay un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Había muchas opciones para niños pequeños.

Cons:

El servicio en general bastante deficiente. En recepción nos atendieron regular y nos dieron malas recomendaciones. En alguna ocasión pedimos agua y no supieron darnos agua. En el bar o buffet pedimos que nos limpiaran un biberón y nos dijeron que no. Cualquier petición no eran resolutivos ni serviciales. La limpieza de la habitación se limitaba a hacer la cama. Apenas nos cambiaron las toallas ni retiraban los platos o tazas desde el primer día.

Everything, resort is perfect for a relaxing stay. Very clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast has loads of options and quality is top notch.
