Pros:

The food was amazing, the location is great, the beach is amazing, the sunbeds in the garden were great.

Cons:

The beach towels can be exchanged every 3 days, and the staff wasn't the best at English.

sehr schönes Hotel, Personal und Anlage. Die Gäste verteilen sich super auf die verschiedenen (3) Bereiche. Frühstück sehr gut und ausgewogen.
Alles sehr gepflegt, es wird auf viele Details geachtet. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Cons:

Im Nachhinein eigentlich ganz witzig: Wir wurden um 4:30 Uhr vom Telefon geweckt - die Rezeption wollte für das Zimmer neben uns einen „Wake Up“ Call machen - war im Moment selbst jedoch etwas irritierend/erschreckend. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen :-)

Pros:

Everything, it was great. Food, location, staff, all fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing really, but would be nice if they upgraded the gym cardio equipment, the bikes, elliptical and treadmills etc are very old and not good. Modern ones would be much better. The rest of the gym is great though.

Die Lage am Strand ist top und die Auswahl am Buffet sehr gut und gross, für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Leider durfte man eigene Getränke in der Minibar nicht kühlen. Vom Personal wird man mehr oder weniger "abgefertigt". Am Strand sammeln sich zum Teil einige Algen die einen nicht sehr angenehmen Geruch mit sich bringen.

Pros:

Las instalaciones exteriores , piscinas, playa , restaurante de la piscina

Cons:

- habitación básica ( por debajo de la categoría pagada) -

- mi equipaje depositado en consigna del hotel, desapareció durante una hora y media.
- en 9 días de estancia , dos días no me hicieron la habitación.
- no existe interlocutor para el cliente, solo la caótica recepción con alguna honrosa excepción.
Precio de 4 estrellas( más de 200 E la noche, solo alojamiento y desayuno, y no existe por la noche más opción que el restaurante buffet con horario de 6 a 9.

Excelente para vacaciones en familia frente al mar
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, justo frente a la playa de Muro. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, con varias piscinas y zonas comunes agradables. La habitación era cómoda y limpia, y el personal fue amable durante toda la estancia. Es una muy buena opción para familias y para disfrutar de unos días de descanso en Mallorca.

Cons:

En algunos momentos había bastante gente en las piscinas y zonas comunes. El aparcamiento es muy limitado.
