Очень жаль, что место, в котором так давно хотелось остановиться, настолько разочаровало.
Pros:

Прекрасное место расположения и на этом все.

Cons:

Очень давно гуляли в дворике Кривой Липе и мечтали остановиться именно в этой гостинице. К сожалению, получилось настоящее «ожидание — реальность».
Мы забронировали четырехместный номер с собственным санузлом вне номера. Перед приездом уточнили по телефону, что санузел будет рядом и ключ будет только у нас. На деле оказалось, что он был не рядом, напротив вообще чужого номера...
При заселении нас не предупредили, что нет воды. Мы приехали после долгой дороги с двумя детьми, на улице было +33 °C, но не могли ни принять душ, ни даже нормально воспользоваться туалетом. Когда уже дали воду то оказалось, нет у нас холодной. Позже, когда сказали, что проблема решена, в санузле обнаружили протекающую трубу и залитый водой пол.
Из плюсов — помогли с парковкой. В качестве компенсации предложили скидку 20% или полный возврат денег. Мы выбрали возврат и переехали в другие апартаменты с нормальными условиями.
Также оказалось, что лифт идет только до четвертого этажа, наш номер был на пятом, и с двумя детьми пришлось подниматься по лестнице.
Очень жаль, что место, в котором так давно хотелось остановиться, настолько разочаровало. К сожалению, рекомендовать не могу!

Weird location of bathroom unit (have to go outside the room cross hall to reach the bathroom). Seemingly no AC

Гарне розташування, персонал, але кондиціонера немає, тяжко в жару
Pros:

Гарне розташування, 20хв від центр залізничного вокзалу на трамваї #1, готель поряд з зупинкою
Від центру міста 5хв пішки
Кафе, Пузата хата, магазини, аптеки поряд
Заселили раніше, дуже вдячна

Cons:

1місний номер потребує кондиціонеру:
Верхній поверх, сонце жарить у вікно на стелі, збоку маленьке вікно, сквозняка немає, вентилятор не спасає зовсім в +30 влітку.
В кімнаті пахло цигарками, в душі/туалеті запах сирості
Немає чайника, холодильника, хоча б загальну кухню мати - було б супер

Прохання щоб комендантська година була і в кафе у дворі, та взагалі у Львові. Хочеться відпочити.

У мене був нормальний номер за таку ціну. Дуже зручне розташування в центрі

Cons:

Цілу ніч було дуже гучно в усіх кафешках у дворі. Наранок подвір'я брудне від перепон. Когось нудило. Комендантську годину повністю ігнорували. Це вже занадто. Має бути міра. Під час війни це неприйнятно. Вікна відкрити неможливо, бо весь балаган і музика, шум у тебе в номері.
