Зручна локація, близько транспортна зупинка та багато закладів, привітний персонал,чисто в номері

Cons:

Вікна виходили в стіну,але це не критично , так як ми весь день ходили по місту

Pros:

Зупиняємось не перший раз. Чудове місце розташування. Чисто, є всі необхідні зручності. Зручне ліжко, достатньо місця зберігання одягу. Приємний персонал. Є можливість використовувати праску. Хоч поряд шумна площа з ресторанами, вночі спати тихо та комфортно. Різноманітні заклади поруч на різні смаки. Поряд зупинка громадського транспорту.

Cons:

Є невеличка кімната-кухня. Але там є тільки холодильник, чайник та мікрохвильова піч. Немає посуду, немає ножа, вилки, ложечки. В кімнаті є дві невеличкі кружки. Невелика кількість тарілок та хоча б чайні ложки були б дуже доречні.

Pros:

В самом сердце Львова, в пешеходной зоне. Персонал - лучшие девчата! Можно оставить чемоданы в спец комнате на ресепшн. Есть общая кухня с микроволновкой, чайником, чай-кофе.

Great location, but disappointing housekeeping and excessive noise made this stay unpleasant.
Pros:

The hotel has a great central location, and this is not my first stay here. In the past, I had positive experiences, which is why I chose to return.

Cons:

Housekeeping was very poor during my stay. Apart from replacing towels and providing toilet paper, the room was not properly cleaned. The sink, mirror, and floor were never cleaned, and the bed linen was only changed after I specifically requested it. In addition, the room next door was occupied by children who were extremely noisy late into the night and again early in the morning, making it difficult to rest or sleep.

Вікна виходять в дворик,а там безліч кафе,отже посиденьки, крики,співи супроводжували мій нічний сон до 4 ранку,а в 6 почався рух прибиральниць в коридорі,шумоїзоляція жахлива ,на превеликий жаль(( а так все супер,чисто ,затишно ,гарне обслуговування на рецепшені, зручне розташування)
