Highly rated staff property needs a facelift
Pros:

The property has a great location and exceptional staff

Cons:

The property needs a refresh. The feeling is 20 years old. My view was incredible but, carpet was old and had lines of separation. The toilets were non self opening and only one sink in bathroom was odd. Also the granite was chipped

La note de 10 n'est pas sufisante pour cette expérience au Mandarin Oriental

Je remercie sincèrement tout le personnel de l’hôtel, sans aucune exception !

Notre expérience a été absolument fabuleuse. Du début à la fin, nous avons été traités comme des rois ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous pendant tout notre séjour, avec de nombreuses petites attentions et une réelle volonté de veiller à notre bien-être.

L’hôtel a répondu à toutes nos demandes, et même au-delà de nos attentes. Nous nous sommes sentis considérés, écoutés et véritablement choyés.

Et surtout… ALLEZ AU SPA LES YEUX FERMÉS !!!!! Je vous assure que ça vaut largement le détour. C’est une expérience incroyable, avec une vue tout simplement à couper le souffle ! Le spa ainsi que la suite de massage en duo ont été un véritable moment de bonheur et de détente.

Pour notre dernier hôtel avant notre retour en France, nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. Ce fut un moment de confort ultime, parfait pour terminer notre séjour au Japon sur une magnifique note.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié :

La qualité et l’efficacité du service de nettoyage
L’accès direct aux taxis en sortant de l’hôtel
L’expérience très sympathique du Pizza Bar

Et surtout, la gentillesse et l’attention de l’ensemble du personnel
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre la fin de notre voyage inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons sincèrement cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Cons:

Deux petits points pourraient néanmoins être améliorés.

Le coin fumeur, qui se trouve à l’extérieur de l’enceinte de l’hôtel, n’est pas très pratique.

Concernant le room service, il serait appréciable que les plats soient servis avec des cloches ou un système permettant de maintenir les repas bien au chaud jusqu’à leur arrivée en chambre .
