Exceptional staff and Manager, super comfortable rooms, great bed and pillows, excellent breakfast and perfect location. Very good value !

Cons:

On my first night I had noisy neighbours.
But .... When I reported this to reception staff, then immediately and without hesitation moved me to an upgraded room. Just such good service.

Pros:

Good comfortable stay. The location takes the crown. less crowded area but still super close to Hoan Kiem lake. Safe to walk around even late at night, right on the main road so accessible by car too.

Delightful.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in Hanoi and the Namisa Lakeside hotel played a great part in that.
The hotel staff was very accommodating, especially the ladies at the front desk, Mss. Quinn and mss. Sarah, who made our stay truly unforgettable.

Staff amazing and location excellent
Pros:

The staff were amazing. I had issues with flight delays and cancellations and then had an issue with my visa. The manager Nam was so helpful in getting this sorted. The location is also great. With an easy walking distance from exploring the old quarter and very close to the lake.
