The breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff!

Cons:

Our room smelled like trash had been Sitting in there for months and nobody had used cleaner to clean not recent at all. It almost smelled like mildew but worse?? There was holes in the comforter & the bathtub was a little dirty.

A quiet, secure, and very reasonably priced place to stay!
Pros:

I had to look up when the hotel was built because the whole place looked almost new. I think it said it was built in 2005. It was Very clean and to tell the truth it is a much nicer place than what we typically stay in but the price was well within our range and I'm glad we stayed there. It was comfortable, quiet, and everything worked! What more can you ask for?

Cons:

The side street leading to the hotel is in Real bad need of a re-pave!

Loved Sioux Falls. I am sure they will get the AC corrected!
