Basic Hotel in a very good location

My room was in the quieter part of the hotel, room 1912, everything worked in my room, AC, fridge, shower, tv.
Location is excellent
Staff generally all friendly, from security, to the cleaners and kitchen staff. No major issues.
Breakfast was good, decent variety.

Cons:

The cleaners don't knock before coming in.
There is no 'do not disturb sign'
No bin, no kettle, no iron and I had booked the family apartment.
Dinner is ok-ish

Horrible Experience

his was by far the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. We booked a 4-star hotel but what we received was completely unacceptable. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and looked neglected for years.

We found a large cockroach inside our room, and the bathroom was full of small flies/insects, making it feel dirty and unhygienic. The sink fittings were dirty, the bathroom sealant was cracked and falling apart, the door handle was damaged, and the overall condition of the room was shocking. It was obvious that proper cleaning and maintenance had not been carried out.

We were travelling with children, and instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent our time complaining about the room and worrying about hygiene. No family should have to stay in these conditions.

The room was nowhere near the standard advertised, and it certainly did not deserve a 4-star rating. We paid a significant amount of money and received a room that felt neglected, dirty, and uncomfortable.

This hotel completely ruined part of our family holiday. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are far better hotels in Agadir that actually meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Ne mérite pas 4 * mérite une remise à neuf totale
Pros:

Personnel de l accueil et de ménage charmant et arrangeant.
L ambiance familiale

Cons:

La chambre était propre mais tapis sales ou très vieux je les ai mis sur la terrasse.
Draps de mauvaise qualité et un peu douteux.
Serviettes en papier déposées sur une table près du buffet tombent à terre puis remis sur la table.
Le personnel du service de restauration pas très accueillant
