Bon emplacement mais hôtel nul

L’emplacement est top

Cons:

Le personnel est désagréable, en commençant par le parking, qui est d ailleurs très petit, il n ‘y a pas assez de place, et le gardien réserve les places aux gens qui lui laisse un billet. D’ailleurs la majorité du personnel courent derrière le tips pour le moindre service compris dans le tarif.
La propreté de la chambre reste à désirer. Il y’avait des cheveux partout et la dame de ménage n’a fait que changer les serviettes jusqu’à ce qu’on lui fasse la remarque.
Concernant le buffet, il n’y a pas beaucoup de légumes et a chaque stand il faut faire la queue pendant 5 voire 10 minutes.
Je ne reviendrai sûrement pas dans cet hôtel.

Déçue un peu car le ménage est tres légers, équipements très vieillissants.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé proche plage. 2 piscines

Cons:

Les équipements vieillissants, la nourriture ( buffets) peu variés et les thermes chassies soirs ne correspondent pas pas. Menus italiens promis les pâtes rien d’autres oh le menu oriental pas de couscous ou de plats typiques.

Endroit est agréable à proximité de la plage, la marina et centre ville.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, sympathique et attentionné.
Repas avec correct: on en a pour son argent.
Malheureusement, on a appris que l'établissement va fermer vers la fin du mois d'août pour une grande rénovation afin d'accueillir les visiteurs pour la coupe du monde monde 2030.
On espère que les travaux se terminent bien avant pour y revenir.
Bon courage et bonne chance l'équipe Almoggar.

Cons:

S'il y'a moyen d'aménager le second parking auto serait très appréciable.

Bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Dans l'ensemble bien juste il faut refaire les salles de bains , le buffet il y'a beacoup de choix mais il y'a pas des bons desserts, le matin il manquait des pailles.

J'ai tout aimé,de l'accueil aux autres prestations, le personnel est très accueillant et souriant, le buffet diversifié, l'espace vert bien entretenu, la proximité de la plage , la sécurité....

Cons:

Le parking des voitures est petit par rapport aux nombres de de personnes que l'hôtel acceuille, c'est un hôtel spacieux avec plusieurs chambres, j'espère qu'ils vo't revoir ce point

I liked the fact that it was close to the beach and central to most places such as the main market and other tourist attractions

Cons:

There are many things that I am disappointed with one of those things is the fact that when I walked in there were dead cockroaches on the floor the bathroom was dirty and generally the whole apartment was dusty and unclean. This is not what somebody wants to walk into on the first day we asked for them to come and remove the cockroach but they didn’t come. There is no iron in the whole hotel which is bizarre. I was unable to iron my shirts or clothes for my kids water is not free. There is no Kettle in the hotel room to make a cup of tea. The showers were disgusting and the overall service from the staff was not great.
