La atención al cliente muy buena
Pros:

La atención al cliente por parte de Arturo fue muy buena. Cuando llegamos la habitación no era lo esperado, por el precio que estabamos pagando, 165 € la noche sin desayuno, veníamos del Eurostar de Granada y las expectativas eran altas, lo hablamos con Arturo y nos dio una habitación mejor, así que eso hizo nuestra estancia más agradable.
La limpieza de la habitación era correcta, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la cisterna perdía agua, no había amenities.
Los ascensores no los limpian desde el año 1600 estaban todo llenos de huellas de suelo a techo.
Tiene parking desde el que se accede directo al hotel.
No volveremos

Excellent hotel, dinner really good and service impeccable. Spotlessly clean and biggest bed ever! Minutes from Maria Za
Pros:

Front desk staff were extremely efficient and very friendly, giving recommendations and pointers as requested. Arturo was so kind!

Cons:

Sound proofing not great between the rooms, though in fairness Spain had just won their World Cup match so I imagine there may have been some warranted celebrations!

Ideally located next to train station. Clean, modern, comfortable, helpful staff & amazing breakfast
Pros:

We were only in Malaga for one night as we were travelling from Cordoba and to the airport the next day, so it was a perfect location for us as it is in a street next to the train station. The hotel was really comfortable, modern, clean and staff were very helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage free of charge on the day we left, so we could explore Malaga a bit. And the breakfast was amazing - lots of choice and we just paid at reception (12 euros each).

Cons:

Nothing really. I guess if you were staying in Malaga longer, you may want to be nearer the town centre or beach, but for us the location was perfect.

Short Getaway.
Pros:

Everything, helpful and lovely staff, the ambiance of the restaurant and the food
Great location.

Cons:

It's probably the air conditioning, not that cold enough but they sent maintenance straight away to sort out ,but it's probably due to the weather too and we're in 5th floor. Not a big deal . The room is spacious and clean

朝食も良かったです。
フロントのスタッフの対応は最高でした。

Cons:

強いて言えば、私には影響はありませんでしたが朝食開始時間が毎日7時30分からでちょと遠くまで日帰りで観光するには遅いかもしれません。
