Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und wir kommen gern wieder.
Pros:

gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, besonders vom Herrn Hotel Direktor, der uns seinen Stellplatz mit Ladesäule in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung gestellt hat

Small disappointment in otherwise great stay
Pros:

Comfortable, excellent city centre location.

Cons:

Niggling little things didn’t work properly e.g. online menu for room service not operating so had to get guy on reception to print up a hard copy, teabags not replaced by chambermaid, reported this to reception but nothing done about it. These are only minor annoyances but shouldn’t be an issue in a four star quality hotel.
