I have to thank the staff and engineers and in particular Dian.
I was not happy with my TV and it was changed old for new quicker than I went to the cafe for a capacino

Staff was friendly and approachable

Cons:

We didn't like the mattresses makes our body aches, pillows were too thin, old bath towels (smells that we had to request for a change).

اقامتي في نوفتيل كانت سيئة جداً ولن اكرارها ولا انصح به مطلقاً الصور مختلفه عن الحقيقة

الموظفون فقط رائعين 👌🏻👍🏻

Cons:

الرائحة في مفارش النوم جداااااً لا تطاق سيئة والموقع مزعج واثاث قديم بالكامل يحتاج الى الترميم بالكامل مع تغيير المفارش .

Pour un court séjour ok mais faites attention si vous voyager en famille

Moderne, le petit dejeuner la sympatie des travailleurs

Cons:

J’ai fait une reservation pour 2 adults et deux enfants, je me retrouve avec une grande chambre avec un lit double et un canape pour 1 personne qui n’a meme pas de draps. Je suis aller à la reception pour demander où mes enfants vont dormir?
Apres il me propose de mettre un lit d’appoint avec un supplément de 25€ et ils m’ont mis aussi des draps sur le canapés.
