The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable .

No instructions for tv and cable so difficult to use.
Waited over 35 minutes to get service at front desk and got treated very poor
The website was the only good thing . Once I arrived in person, nothing was proper. The people overcharged me and then wouldn’t let me into the room my elderly mother, who is on oxygen was not able to sit down. The entire thing was awful. They wouldn’t refund our money and wouldn’t help get the heavy luggage back into the vehicle that they helped to take out of the vehicle. It was absolutely awful and I’m still waiting for my money to be refunded. Please have an office call me at 905-376-4673.
The parts that could’ve been better would be the location because there was drug addicts around there, and one of them came up to me. It was very scary, and then on top of that there was the staff where a rude to me and also overcharged me and then said I didn’t pay after I showed them in the payments going through to my bank they refuse to be reasonable or fair and very much impacted our entire vacation.
I’m still waiting for my refund and I’m also waiting for compensation for all the things that they did.
staff is really nice and always willing to help out! it’s always an easy going time when here, no stress!
The concierge did not know what she was doing we spent hrs at the desk with her having to call her supervisor who wasn’t even on shift she and charged my card 3 times for a room I already paid for through booking.com 1 for the room that’s already paid for and then a deposit where I already had checked in online via there website which already charged my credit card for the deposit I was tired and just wanted to get my keys as the site told me I just wanted to go and sleep.
The location was great, as I was visiting someone in the hospital, so I was very close by. I had an issue trying to connect to Netflix. I received immediate help with this. The breakfast was great. I will definitely return, as I visit Sarnia frequently and prefer to stay overnight when I do so.

I have stayed there 4 times before this day n it was all good.. Now they took my money out of my bank n didn't let me stay!!!! I have had the same I.D. ...same car.. same licence n license plate.. same everything.. n they still denied me to stay... because I didn't have a credit card this time. ...but they still take my money for the room!!!! I will never book there again.. they r crooked SOB's
