Lovely palce to stay. Staff is wonderful.
Très bel hôtel, piscine très sympa, et super service avec possibilité de profiter de la plage privée et de la piscine tardivement le jour du départ avec possibilité de se doucher.
Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, on entend tous les bruits des chambres voisines.

Décoration vieillote.. meriterait in rafraichissement. Certaines personne de l'accueil étaient trop direct et peu patiente. Petit déjeuner moyen et situation du restaurant peu accueillante. Emplacement un peu excentré et pas de navettes disponibles pour aller dans le centre (20 min à pied)

The hotel is so beautiful, very luxurious and a good location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, great views and comfy beds.
Nothing, the only thing we would say is the dinner menu could have a few more options

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The gardens are breathtaking. The pool is a lovely, relaxing space.
Breakfast was delicious - we especially loved the juicing machine and the choice of fresh fruit and veg to put in it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They give you a WhatsApp number to use - this came in very handy when we were struggling to get a taxi in town. The hotel organised this for us as soon as we sent the message.
It was great to have use of the private beach and the shuttle bus was very welcome - we managed to get a space on it most of the time (they go every hour from 9:30 to 6:30 and there are 8 available spaces to book on each one).
Because you are quite a way out of town, you can’t just pop out for a snack. It would be great to see a more extensive snack menu in the hotel or at the poolside bar. The walk into town is ok but we wouldn’t have attempted the walk back so you need to budget for taxis (15 euros for each journey which sometimes only took 2 minutes) but we figured this was a small price to pay to be in such a beautiful and calm setting.

We were thrilled with our stay at Alberi del Paradiso, it truly is a Paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and downtown Cefalu. The staff was very helpful in helping us get the lay of the land. Shuttle service is provided to their private beach by the hotel for free, but spots are limited, so just be sure to book in advance! The staff went out of their way to get to know us right away, and provided exceptional service at breakfast and dinners we enjoyed at the hotel. The food was really wonderful, and beautifully plated, much like a 5 Star Hotel. We also took the shuttle to the sister property for dinner at Collette, the property there is beautiful, a bit more upscale and a fabulous setting on the sea for dinner. The Pool area at Paradiso is really a tropical paradise and we enjoyed every day. The rooms were nice, and clean with beautiful linens, but could use a little updating. We were fortunate to have an amazing balcony and view of La Roca, which is beautifully lit up at night! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to friends. They also have tennis courts, and a spa; however, we didn't have time to use them. We look forward to a return someday!

Charming hotel on the hill with a real Sicilian feel in beautiful gardens and with a great view. The pool was large and lovely. Shuttle bus down to La Calette beach club with spaces there included in the price of the hotel was a huge plus.
It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
The hotel is amazing, and the staff service even more!!! We has an amazing time!1 and btw the restaurant was also an amazing experience!!!
