Alberi del Paradiso

We were thrilled with our stay at Alberi del Paradiso, it truly is a Paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and downtown Cefalu. The staff was very helpful in helping us get the lay of the land. Shuttle service is provided to their private beach by the hotel for free, but spots are limited, so just be sure to book in advance! The staff went out of their way to get to know us right away, and provided exceptional service at breakfast and dinners we enjoyed at the hotel. The food was really wonderful, and beautifully plated, much like a 5 Star Hotel. We also took the shuttle to the sister property for dinner at Collette, the property there is beautiful, a bit more upscale and a fabulous setting on the sea for dinner. The Pool area at Paradiso is really a tropical paradise and we enjoyed every day. The rooms were nice, and clean with beautiful linens, but could use a little updating. We were fortunate to have an amazing balcony and view of La Roca, which is beautifully lit up at night! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to friends. They also have tennis courts, and a spa; however, we didn't have time to use them. We look forward to a return someday!

The hotel grounds location and excellent team

Charming hotel on the hill with a real Sicilian feel in beautiful gardens and with a great view. The pool was large and lovely. Shuttle bus down to La Calette beach club with spaces there included in the price of the hotel was a huge plus.

The hotel is amazing, and the staff service even more!!! We has an amazing time!1 and btw the restaurant was also an amazing experience!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were received in a warm and professional manner.
The host explained the facilities and immediately gave some excellent restaurant recommendations.
Wherever you go - be it at breakfast or around the hotel grounds, the staff are present and very helpful and friendly.
It really felt like a holiday and we would love to come back one day to this hotel.

Alberi del paradiso was spectacular, the property was amazing and well kept, amazing hospitality. Can’t wait to go back.

Quaint hillside Hotel clean and comfortable.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Alberi Del Paradiso. The customer service is the best we have experienced anywhere. Notably the restaurant team go out of their way to meet our vegetarian dietary needs and the food is of such a high quality and the friendly, high quality service could not be better. We love the breakfasts. It is great to have plenty of fresh fruit available and the atmosphere is always peaceful to help kick start the day...totally opposite to the "canteen style" of many hotels these days when everyone is rushing around piling their plates ! The pool is an oasis of calm with great views...and a warm pool which makes getting in a pleasure ! The Reception team are always welcoming and helpful...this year helping to arrange both a taxi from the station on our arrival and a transfer back to Palermo airport for our flight home. Well done to everyone at the hotel for maintaining such high customer service standards. Oh, and by the way Cefalu is such a lovely town to walk around too!

the property itself was so beautifully landscaped and designed, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. the concierge was very communicative and super quick to respond to any reservation requests. breakfast on the terrace was the perfect way to start the day!

This hotel was fantastic. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and the pool area is perfect with plenty of shade and a lovely pool bar. The room was clean with great air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable too. It was our 35th wedding anniversary whist we were there and a lovely bottle of bubbly was left in our room which was a nice surprise. The staff at this hotel are exceptional and so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff team on breakfast service were just the best. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again. The shuttle service down to the beach was ideal and from there we were able to walk into beautiful Cefalu.

Great hotel set in beautiful gardens. It was a lovely oasis. The room was extremely clean with great shower. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. Great choice for breakfast. The shuttle bus to the beach was a bonus plus the sun loungers and umbrella. Good value.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Huge selection of hot and cold items, great view overlooking the hills with partial view of the sea. The pool was also very nice and well maintained.

Delightful mix of friendly relaxed hotel but with all modern conveniences. Service was great and breakfast very good, A long walk into town but worth it, multitude of restaurants and shops.

This hotel itself was nice enough, with good air conditioning and a nice full buffet breakfast, but it was a taxi ride away from the town of Cefalu, and located in a not so nice part of Cefalu. The hotel advertises as having a fitness center, but the fitness center is tiny and they require that you reserve time to work out there. Only one person at a time can use the facility. I have never experienced this before at any hotel. Also, the concierge was not particularly friendly or accommodating. They wouldn't give any free bottled water at all, and this was the only hotel out of 4 that I stayed in around Sicily that wouldn't give any water. Also, they wouldn't allow a check out extended past 11 am. I am sure there are other 4 star hotels more conveniently located and with better customer service.

This hotel was amazing. We were greeted with a smile and welcome refreshing drink and escorted to the patio. The hotel staff sat with us and went over the map of the grounds, explaining amenities and options for dinner. They made reservations for us to dine at their location and their sister hotel. The transportation shuttle was easy to use and so helpful with pick up and drop off. The private beach was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was simply amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many options including cook to order eggs and options for coffee. I can’t say enough about our experience at this hotel and we will go back if ever in Cefalu.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The beds were comfortable, the AC was probably the best we had in Sicily, the staff was kind and attentive. Drinks by the beautiful pool were excellent and like the rest of Sicily quite reasonable. The breakfast was extensive and had fantastic fresh OJ and was served in a pretty outdoor space. The beach area is a drive away - really the only negative but not too far. There is a shuttle but it has multiple stops and needs to be reserved so we did not use it since we had a car. There is a cute restaurant at the beach next to the hotels and lunch was very pleasant. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Alberi del Paradiso. L'hôtel est magnifique, très bien décoré et bien situé avec un budget taxi approprié. La piscine est parfaite, toutes les terrasses sont agréables.
Mais les infrastructures ont du mal à égaler l'excellent service du personnel de l'hôtel.
Valentina au Front Desk vous accueille, vous sourit et vous conseille tout au long du voyage. elle est l'un des charmes secrets de Céfalu. Vincenzo, au restaurant, pourrait travailler dans les plus grands établissements gastronomiques. Ses conseils et son humour se font, cerise sur le gâteau, dans un français parfait.
