Bias manager, kicked me out, I been here a few times, I have never experienced this behavior the other times that I was there. Then he had the nerve to tell me he can't refund my money after kicking me out but he knew he couldn't do that. I have never experienced such racism and unprofessionalism. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go to this hotel, quick to threaten to call the police on African Americans. It was two ladies at the desk that was so sweet, I felt their energy, they felt so bad. But it's okay, it was meant to happen, God only knows. It's so sad that this kind of behavior will continue to happen. The fact that my son begged him not to kick us out, his face was like stone, that was the last straw! I'm sorry but they are clearly racist, I won't say the whole staff. NEVER AGAIN!
