Pros:

Vista sull'Empire dalla mia camera, pulizia, disponibilità del personale, posizione ottima.

Cons:

Colazione, un po' monotona e non molto ricca. L'angolo cucina in camera, non puoi usarlo per cucinare c'è solo un frigo e microonde. Divano letto molto scomodo, nostra figlia si è comunque adattata senza grossi problemi.

Cons:

Room so dusty and we all got sick next day, Restroom had flush handle issue, even though they fixed it immediately, not a good thing for such a branded hotel. Totally disappointed.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación para tomar los metros a cualquier lugar, la habitación espaciosa y cómoda, la kitchen dispone de utencilios de cocina para prepararse un té que también dispone.

Cons:

Relativamente los espacios para tomar el desayuno no es acogedor, igual espera en los ascensores solo en horas punta de desayuno. Recomiendo ir temprano.

Une situation parfaite pour visiter la ville!!

J'ai aimé l'emplacement idéal à l'angle de Bryant Park, à 5min à pied de Times Square et quelques blocs de Penn Station pour aller à Washington.
Nous étions au dernier étage (34eme) donc c'était très calme, ni bruit de rue ni bruit de voisins. Une jolie vue et pas de souci pour monter dans l'ascenseur car il etait vide quand il arrivait :)
Le personnel était aux petits soins à l'accueil.
Les 2 lits doubles étaient très confortables.
Maria au ménage était adorable également.
J'ai aimé pouvoir emporter le petit dej lors de notre départ matinal.
Le buffet du petit dej comportait plusieurs plats chauds type viande, oeufs, pomme de terre... 4 machines à gaufres, salades et crudités, fruits frais et coupés, bagels, pains, yaourts, jus, fromage, boissons chaudes... bref largement suffisant pour bien manger le matin pendant nos 7 jours.
L'hôtel ne faisait pas récent mais le coin cuisine de la chambre était agréable avec un grand frigo et des rangements.
Pouvoir laisser nos valises le derniers jour fut gratuit et facile. L'hôtel nous a même appelé un taxi.
Il y a un CVS et un whole foods juste à côté avec des plats à petits prix et variés!

Cons:

Il manquait des tables pour manger donc il fallait chercher et attendre.
Les gaufres toutes pretes le week end étaient vraiment moins bonnes que celles à la machine.
L'ascenceur était un souci pour des gens logés à mi hauteur car quand on descendait à leur niveau ils ne pouvaient pas monter dedans car c'était toujours plein.
Nous avions des casseroles mais pas de plaque de cuisson... j'ai compris plus tard qu'on pouvait en réclamer une...
Nous avions 2 chaises pour 4, j'ai aussi dû en demander 4.
Difficile de stocker les valises sans qu'elles ne gênent dans la chambre.
Salle de bain vraiment petite.
