I would stay again!
Pros:

Good location staff very nice especially the day shift

Cons:

Just one thing we had trouble with the air conditioner they had to change the unit twice my daughter had a asthma attack from the room getting hot but A for effort

Pros:

Location was excellent.
Breakfast had good choice of food and drink. Good variety of seating within the breakfast area.

Cons:

There were no instructions about the room and facility available. A one-page A4 sheet would have been helpful here.
For example, we couldn't call reception because additional to the instructions on the phone itself, you had to dial a preceding digit (I can't recall what it was now). Maybe reception told us at check-in, but by that stage we'd been travelling for 24 hours!
The TV didn't operate. But the repair guy sorted it quickly - an incorrect selection apparently.
Getting in was difficult for me (in a wheelchair). I often had to ask pedestrians to help. A doorbell would solve this issue?

Cons:

Large group caused lobby delays, could hear elevators in room even though room wasn’t adjacent to elevators, breakfast areas was a bit tired/overused.
