the toilet wasn’t flushing had to fill with water myself to flush it. The bath tub fixture to release water from the tub didn’t work. Called desk and maintenance corrected the situation

disappointed in the maintenance of the rooms. Kitchen supplies were absent (I had 1 knife).
Pros:

Breakfast was great; good choices. Area was clean. My grandson thought it was great fun to get his cereal in the morning by turning knobs (he is three).

Cons:

Instead of chorizo every morning, change it up a bit.

Cons:

Facilities were poor. Bathroom lighting fixture fell on my head and broke. Main elevator out of order. 2 ice machines out of order. No lotion in the dispenser.

Fire alarm went off at 5 am and woke me up had to stand out in the cold for 30 minutes and my room door had to be rigged

Will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area. I will stay there again.

It was really clean. The staff was super nice. Check-in was quick and simple. Only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t get the room I applied for but other than that everything else was great.
