また長崎旅行に利用したい。
Pros:

ロケーションが良い。
アクセス抜群。
部屋も広く、お風呂も広い。
朝食美味しい。

強いて言えばエントランスが暗い。

大浴場が新しいので綺麗でサウナも有りゆっくり堪能出来て良かったです。ただ、庭の照明が暗すぎて何も見えない
Pros:

ツインルームは程よい広さでテーブルが大きくてゆったりお茶が飲め、洗面所も広くて使いやすかった。

Cons:

ルームウエアの袖とズボンの丈がもう少し短いほうが良い
大浴場が出来たのは良かったのですが、個人個人の洗い場に鏡が無いのは不便です。
五階のエレベーター降りて男女の浴室案内が分かりずらく、男には左の←、女には右の→を正面に大きく表示すべきです。
製氷機、電子レンジ、ランドリー、自販機の案内を各部屋に置いておくべきです。
女性の脱衣場のドライヤーの数を増やしてほしい、ロングヘアの方が長時間使用するので中々空きません。

Molestaban mucho una habitación , que no pararon de hablar y gritar hasta la 1 am , llamé dos veces a recepción y no lo

とても良かったです。また行くきかいがあれば、夜、朝食付き宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

部屋も綺麗で大浴場大きく気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

朝食が、7時からだっので、軍艦島周遊コース9時乗船に乗るのに８時１５分までに港までいかなければならないので
朝食が美味しかったので、もう少しゆっくしたかったです。（当方の都合ですみません）

Very comfortable stay and very yummy breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of varieties and delicious. We were given rooms opposite to each other and the car park at the basement was so convenient for us when we unload the luggage.

Cons:

Nagasaki has an accommodation tax so we were charged a tax and the car park charges is 1500 yen per night.

Beautiful and spacious hotel with good deals.
Pros:

Spacious rooms with great views. Beautiful lobby since it is also used for weddings and ceremonies. The breakfast is exceptional, with great food and great views. Free access to the spa. The location is convenient if you want to go by foot to the ropeway.

Cons:

The spa is nice but there's no point in having hot stones in the Finnish sauna if you don't have a bucket of water to throw water on it.
