期待以上でした！
Pros:

朝食ではちみつの生絞りや各種長崎地産のジュースやメニューがそろっており、大変楽しめました。
お風呂も人工とはいえ、ラドン湯などとてもリラックスできました。
フロントの女性スタッフの対応や雰囲気がとても素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

駐車場代、朝食代ともにもう少しお安くしていただけると助かります。

たいへん素晴らしい
Pros:

スタッフがたいへん感じが良く、親切でした。部屋も快適で美しく、食事も朝食だけでしたが、たいへん美味しくいただきました。お風呂もサウナも広々していて、たいへん気持ち良かったです。修学旅行の子どもたちと出発時間が重なり、少し混雑しましたが、食事場所やお風呂も分けていてくださり、我々にも子どもたちに対しても気づかいが感じられました。

期待を上回るホテルであった。
Pros:

部屋は十分な広さが確保され快適であった。この広さでこの価格帯はやや驚きである。
朝食は外で取ることを考えていたが、ネットでの評価が高かったので、予定を変更して試したところ評判通りであった。
ただ塩分の取り過ぎに注意していることもあり、和食の中には塩分が過多のものもあった。

Cons:

築後かなりの年数が経過しているせいか、バスルームの換気が悪いように感じられた。

Good location, nice staff, efficient lifts.
Pros:

Great lifts! Staff were good, one male greeter in particular was outstanding. Good location with tram stop right outside. Nice little restaurant next to lobby. Nice spa. Ropeway within walking distance.

Cons:

The self service area for breakfast was a little cramped given the number of people at breakfast.

たいへんよかった。また行きたい。
Pros:

朝食はとても良い。地元の食材や果物、鯛茶漬けなどバラエティに富んでいた。5階の大浴場に部屋着で行けること。スリッパに自分用の番号札を取り付けて誰のものか区別しているところもよかった。新設のサッカースタジアム、バスケットアリーナが近くにある立地もよい。

Cons:

朝食会場の前にイスが円形に並んでいる。時間前に行って座っていたら、あとからきた外国人の集団の数人が我先にと順番を無視する行動をとった。スタッフの日本人的感覚ではコントロールできない現状があると感じた。
