Hôtel parfait pour familles mais Uber obligatoire pour se rendre en centre ville
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.
Nourriture mexicaine locale.
Plusieurs choix possibles à la carte.
Menu enfant pas disponible mais certains choix sont adaptés aux enfants (par exemple les quesadîllas au fromage).
Piscine à température ambiante mais l'accès est facile.

Cons:

L'hôtel affiche une distance du centre ville d’environ 800m. Par contre il n'est pas indiqué nul part qu'il se trouve sur un point de la ville qui est très haut. L'accès à pied est très physique (acces depuis centre ville grâce à une rue avec une pente très forte). Nous avons dû prendre plusieurs taxis Uber pour faire des allers retours entre hôtel et centre ville.

Pros:

Situación con vistas extraordinarias. Desayuno Exquisito y abundante. La piscina no demasiado grande pero limpia y con amplia zona para tomar el sol. la habitación muy amplia, silenciosa y con un baño enorme.

Cons:

Que el final de mi estancia me cobraron, pero eso estaba previsto. No tengo ningún motivo de que queja. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y atendidos.

Pros:

The hotel is a bit old, but the atmosphere was decent and it has a pool.

Cons:

There was a double charge issue during my stay. When I called the reception for help, the female staff member told me to go to the bank myself instead of properly assisting with the situation. There was also no apology at all.

Although the refund was eventually completed, it took almost two months to get my money back. The whole experience was very stressful and disappointing. I expected much better customer service and communication.
