Perfect for mother and daughter long weekend trip
Pros:

All the staff are extremely friendly, the price provides unbeatable value for Switzerland, the breakfast it absolutely wonderful, the hotel is chic and pretty, the location is within the most trendy area of Lausanne and the city library is right nearby. My 7 yo daughter loves this hotel too. The gym downstairs is mini, cute and functional. Super experience!

Surpris de devoir donner 50 euros en caution et déduit de la taxe de séjour sans remboursement de la différence le jour de mon départ,soi disant cette somme restante sera rendu sous 15 jours ....j attends pour voir.

Posizione in un quartiere molto animato, vicino al metro.
Nonostante tutto, piuttosto tranquilla. Mobilio moderno, bagno moderno. Personale gentile, bevanda offerta all'arrivo e la partenza.

Cons:

Nonostante il sapone liquido fornito fosse finito non l'hanno ricaricato. Credo che andrebbe ricaricato prima dell'arrivo di ogni ospite.
Assenza di cassetti e armadio in camera: un appendono inutile alla parete. Spazi per appoggiarsi assenti, nemmeno una sedia e una scrivania. In compenso TV gigante e invadente, in stile americano. Colazione troppo cara, era più conveniente fermarsi in in caffè in zona.

Smaller, clean room in a trendy hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Great location. The lobby/bar area was welcoming and a great spot to hang out. The room was clean. Beds were a bit firm for us, but we managed. The staff was willing to give us extra pillows, which helped. Overall, a great stay.

Cons:

Firm beds and only one pillow per bed. It was a bit loud outside at night, but the location was central, so we didn't mind.
