Bonne adresse à Lausanne dans un quartier calme et dans le le centre ville.
Pros:

L'accueil est professionnel et amical. Les chambres sont superbes. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux

Agréable et paisible.
Pros:

Le ménage est régulièrement fait. Tout est propre. Il est calme. On s’y sent bien.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueil est professionnel voire agréable. Tous les hommes et la jeune dame asiatique sont vraiment prévenants. Il y a une jeune dame dont je ne connais le nom ( qui porte des lunettes ) qui n’a pas à être à ce poste.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Grosses Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn-Station direkt um die Ecke. Freundliches Personal. Modern.

Cons:

An der Sauberkeit sollte gearbeitet werden. Sehr laute Klimaanlage. Kofferablagen fehlen.

Great staff, unfortunate location
Pros:

The location is convenient in terms of public transportation. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and they all had such a great vibe.

Cons:

The amount of noise coming from all the streets surrounding the hotel was absolutely insane. The area in front of the hotel felt sketchy in the evening and at night, and there were police everywhere. There was no proper air conditioning, and it was hard to sleep with the noisy ventilation (that, honestly, didn’t even cool the room).
