Property is in significant need of repair and upgrade.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Room was in poor condition. Many holes in walls, carpet frayed and felt dirty, shower head loose, mold in bathroom and shower, blankets with visible stains in numerous places. Overall felt very unclean. No quality in this Quality Inn.

The property was unsanitary. We checked out within one hour of arriving.

Front desk associate Natalie was courteous and professional at check-in.

Cons:

We arrived on the evening of April 29 and checked out within one hour. Carpets were visibly dirty and severely worn throughout. The lobby had a persistent, unpleasant odor upon arrival. Hallways were heavily soiled. Room lighting was inadequate. The property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or habitability.

Cons:

Absolutely terrible hotel I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Cigarette ash and smoke stains in a non smoking room. Rat poop on the non working A/C. Light switches and handles didn't look like they've ever been cleaned. RUN.

We were only at the room to shower and sleep so all in all it was a decent visit and close to everything we needed.
Pros:

The bed was very cozy and the he location was near everything we needed to be near. There is so much fast food around, so convenient for just checking in.

Cons:

Our bathroom needed a little cleaning. The toilet was fickle and hard to flush. We couldn’t use the bath, just shower and couldn’t just the pressure.
