Semplicemente fantastico
Pros:

Erano anni che desideravo soggiornare in questo Hotel, visto sempre soltanto da fuori. Mi è piaciuto tutto:la camera, comoda, grande e confortevole come il bagno, super bello ed elegante nonostante la semplicità nei colori e naturalmente l'impagabile vista sul Big Ben. Ottima ovviamente la posizione dell'hotel come la colazione molto aprezzata.

Cons:

forse la "segnaletica" interna alla struttura, poco chiara.

Amazing hotel with excellent customer service.
Pros:

We were warmly greeted upon on our arrival. The front desk representative, Niuosha, went above and beyond to make our first London visit special. The M Club provided a served breakfast in the Library in the morning and served appetizers in the evening in the M Club Lounge.

This historic hotel location sits on the river walk and is very close to the Eye. Beautiful view from our room.

5 stars for Marriott County Hall and PeterA.
Pros:

Amazing experience at the Marriott County Hall. 5 star. The location, service, staff and rooms. Feels like a lovely country house.
Peter A who assisted me with can service out to Hanbury Manor was amazing.
He spoke to a driver personally and negotiated a great rate.
Can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect location, exceptional service, beyond expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, the room had everything and more we needed to make our stay perfect. We both slept really well after a long, tiring day walking around London. The view from our loft window was perfect. We could see right across the Thames river to Elizabeth tower and the London eye to our right.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing i can think of which either of us would say we didn't like about out stay. We would both return for future trips to London.

He would be an asset to any company dealing with the public
Pros:

Yuri was the first employee to get us we arrived very early& tired. He was very helpful & put our luggage aside. He greeted us with a big smile every day & gave direction each time we asked. He asked if we needed anything every time he saw us after he knew we were new to the city.

Great hotel in Central London!
Pros:

The staff and accommodations are amazing! Mahil, Felipe, and Emi provide gracious, helpful, and pleasant service for guests in the Executive Lounge, and our food and service at breakfast and dinner at Gillray’s were equally delicious and accommodating. The front desk team, particularly Tami, went out of the way to welcome us, and the doormen and concierge staff were also incredibly professional and helpful. Great location, comfortable rooms, and amazing attention to detail.

The only way to Experience London
Pros:

Delighted to have stayed at County Hall back in January with a group of friends for a university reunion.

We arrived at the hotel early to drop off our bags before heading out to explore, fully expecting that our rooms would not be ready yet. To our surprise, both rooms were available upon arrival, which was a fantastic start to our stay. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, and the hotel kindly arranged for both of our rooms to be located next to each other, which made our reunion even more special.

What stood out most was the incredible attention to detail from the team. During a brief conversation at reception, I casually mentioned that I was feeling unwell and probably would not be joining the girls for drinks that evening. It was just a passing comment, so I was completely taken aback when later that night the team sent a lovely get well soon note along with some delicious fudge to my room.

It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly demonstrated that the power is in the detail. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and it is clear that the team genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for their guests.

I would highly recommend County Hall to anyone visiting London. The location is outstanding, the rooms are beautiful, and the hospitality is second to none.

The breakfast was fabulous, the view from the restaurant was spectacular, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As I had chosen a room with a view of Big Ben, I was quite disappointed that I could only see it by standing next to the window and looking at an angle.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel and staff, fantastic central location, and a perfect stay at this historic property. The customer service at this property was especially top notch, making an already comfortable stay that much better.

I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional guest relations/customer service provided by Tetiana, Socham, Jatin, and Avisha at the front desk, as well as Ankita, Helena, Georgina, Mohammad, and Jay from breakfast at The Library (loved the breakfast experience all around), in addition to Emi, Felipe, and Mahil from the M-Club lounge, Gyorgy and Thira from the pool/Club at County Hall, and Yuri at the hotel entrance - they all really went out of their way to make me feel welcome throughout the stay.

Thank you London Marriott County Hall team for a wonderful stay!

Amazing so special Executive Double room
Pros:

Absolutely amazing wonderful service from all the staff was served by Ankita in the Library at breakfast she was very attentive and helpful, the chef Petaonela sent out a delicious slice of cake with fresh fruit for my sister as it was her birthday all the staff made made her feel very special.
The hotel is very quiet and spotless and the location is perfect right by the London Eye.
