Hotel was very nice and beautiful. We booked the suite with balcony and view and it was very nice. The staff were friendly. Thank you to the staff for making our stay great especially the lounge staff
The location is the best imaginable, looking out the window at Big Ben and the London Eye. The breakfast amazing, the staff kind and generous, going the extra mile.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant if you're planning on seeing all the big London tourist attractions. We had a lovely view of the river and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and they are really accommodating and kind to kids
It's very expensive and I think the rooms lack a bit of style and personality. I also would have liked to have had a bath in the room as it was definitely big enough. Parking should also be cheaper for guests

Breakfast was very good, but not as good as my stay last year. All the staff of the door were excellent and very helpful.

Super Lage. Blick auf die Themse und Big Ben, inkl. Läuten der Glocken alle 15 Minuten. Besser geht es nicht. Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber. Frühstücksraum in der Bibliothek mit gutem individuellem Platzangebot. Frühstück von wirklich herausragender Qualität. Steak am Abend hervorragend. Pool sehr gepflegt, Super Grösse. Personal höflich und zuvorkommend.
Von drei Fahrstühlen war ständig einer defekt, am letzten Urlaubstag zwei. Kommunikation gelegentlich nicht einfach, was nicht nur an meinen Sprachkenntnissen lag. Am Abreisetag habe ich, wie üblich, vor dem Frühstück die Rechnung beglichen. Die Rezeption hat, etwas voreilig, umgehend die Zimmerkarten entwertet. Wir wollten nach dem Frühstück, wie immer, uns frisch machen, danach mit dem Gepäck zum Taxi Richtung Flughafen. Leider standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Meine Frau und ich sind insgesamt dreimal zur Rezeption geeilt, um einen Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer zu bekommen, vergeblich. Letztendlich wurde die Tür manuell von einem mürrischen Mitarbeiter der Security mit einem herkömmlichen Metallschlüssel geöffnet. Unser Chauffeur wartete indessen und fragte mich per Fon wiederholt, wie lange es noch dauert.
Unsere Abreise war dementsprechend unentspannt.
Nicht gefallen hat uns das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot in der Lounge. Aufgefallen ist darüberhinaus der Desscode im Restaurant: Shorts und Achselshirts passen nicht so recht.
Die Teppiche in den öffentlichen Bereichen waren teils abgetreten.
Der Zimmerservice hatte uns einmal vergessen, was nach Reklamation behoben wurde. Allerdings wurden die Mülleimer nicht geleert.
Der Zimmerpreis von weit über 1000 Euro/Nacht ist bei den o.g. Mängeln inakzeptabel.

1. The beds are not comfortable
2. Our room was not cleaned. Around 5pm we called the reception and the lady came to change towels and just straightened the beds
3. Our room had two beds but only one bed could watch the TV, the position of the TV was bad...at least they could put a moving bracket.
4. We communicated with one of the Managers before arriving and informed her that we will arrive in the morning and she promised to see if we can get a room early but I was told a room was ready that morning but had to pay £600 more for the room.
I refused and we had to w as it until 3pm...We arrived at the hotel at 9am.
Best location great staff
This is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. It is in the heart of London, literally behind the London eye and steps away from the Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The location is clean, safe, rooms are good size and the staff is outstanding.
Special shout out to Peter in the security department who found my lost sunglasses on the first night of our trip and saved us!
We highly recommend this location for anyone!
