Cons:

Air conditioner was not working properly. Very hot in the room. Reported it, was fixed but still not great . Breakfast was ordinary

The Residence Inn is in the heart of downtown Denver with spacious rooms and a good breakfast.
Pros:

The location is ideal and perfectly positioned for anyone wanting to explore downtown Denver. The space is abundant and well laid out.

Cons:

The room I was in didn't have a huge amount of natural light. The air conditioning was efficient but quite loud.

Won’t go again
Pros:

Stayed with a large group and about half of our rooms had issues. A LOT of us had air conditioning issues with rooms at 75-80 degrees for our week stay, even after being “fixed”. Our room’s fold out was broken & the kids ended up laying at a very weird angle. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we spent as little time in our room as possible. Would not stay again.

A fabulous hotel, would stay again for sure.
Pros:

Room was a fabulous size with large tv, couch, kitchen and king bed. Great layout, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Works well for travelers on the go.
Pros:

The location was ok. not far from lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. not too busy of an area but overall it's a well maintained building in Downtown Denver

Cons:

There's not much around after a certain time. Things close early in this area so if you're expecting to get a late bite, there's not too much.

The room, staff and breakfast are all great.

Cons:

The only complaint is the parking. We have a full-size pickup and it is tricky to get in and out of the garage.

Great stay and location.
Pros:

Walking distance to everything. We walked to union station to baseball game. Enjoyed the location.

Cons:

Staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Property is well maintained. Room was perfect and it’s definitely quiet. We loved the complimentary breakfast. I especially love how the rooms have a full fridge and kitchen. Although we didn’t use it, it’s nice to have it available. Our room was super spacious. Would recommend and stay here again.
