Broken A/C. No available rooms to change to. Had to contact front desk 3 times in order to get a room change, but they weren’t able to accommodate us until the next day. They sent maintenance to my room and I couldn’t be in there for 2 hours which was extremely inconvenient and they didn’t even fix the issue. They gave us fans, but with a room sitting over 80 degrees, it didn’t do anything. The shower had black mold.

Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, enjoyed the breakfast selection, easy free ride on 16th street bus to union station to catch A line to airport, felt safe walking back from Coors Field at night after ballgame, target nearby that has grocery selections. Though the room was a little dated, and bed only so so, I found it satisfactory for our stay.There is no scheduled house cleaning for a 6 night stay without a 1 day advanced request, but I did find the staff nice and accommodating for anything you needed such as more towels or to pick up some trash, so for us it was fine they didnt come in,

Overall, our stay was great and the staff was pleasant

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr zentral, tolle Lage, zur berühmten 16th nur 5 min.
Zimmer schön groß und sauber.
Das Frühstück war fabelhaft für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Relativ großes Buffet und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Not so great. The water pipes kept me both nights.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. All breakfast employees were polite and friendly.

Cons:

I stayed in room 1440 which was in the corner and I could hear the water pipes all night. They were extremely loud.

Pros:

The location is ideal and perfectly positioned for anyone wanting to explore downtown Denver. The space is abundant and well laid out.

Cons:

The room I was in didn't have a huge amount of natural light. The air conditioning was efficient but quite loud.

Won’t go again
Pros:

Stayed with a large group and about half of our rooms had issues. A LOT of us had air conditioning issues with rooms at 75-80 degrees for our week stay, even after being “fixed”. Our room’s fold out was broken & the kids ended up laying at a very weird angle. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we spent as little time in our room as possible. Would not stay again.
