Pros:

It was my third stay in oudaya hotel, I do really recommend it, it is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good they have different options every single day which was good, and thanks so much to Tarik and Anour they give a good service

Great place
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the AC was working very nicely.
Room service was also very good, Sabah really made our stay much better as she made sure the room was perfect whenever we got back.
Tarik was also helpful whenever we needed help with anything from the front desk.

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit slow in the middle of the day.
The room card stopped working sometimes.

Tanto per iniziare il personale è assolutamente pessimo , privi di organizzazione che è fondamentale, super impreparati e poco accoglienti. Il menù offre una grande varietà di piatti invitanti ma sono praticamente tutti da pagare a parte (inaccettabile) mentre per la mezza pensione, gli unici piatti che offrono sono : tajine immangiabile e una minestra che ad agosto fa parecchio ridere, è da ospedale.. per non parlare della colazione super povera , senza frutta e con torte cucinate male ( si intravede la farina). La piscina nelle foto sembra stratosferica e il doppio più grande , ci sono delle regole da seguire che stanno attaccate al muro ma nessuno si occupa nel vedere che siano rispettate infatti parecchie persone facevano i tuffi nonostante fosse vietato ed era molto ma molto fastidioso soprattutto i bambini che non si regolano e famiglie interec che occupano tutte le sdraio lasciando noi ai tavoli al sole.Per finire Il personale , ripeto , scortese e impreparati.

Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de l’Hôtel Oudaya & Spa Marrakech pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.

Un grand merci à Tariq, Anouar et Hicham, qui travaillent à la réception, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur excellent accueil tout au long de mon séjour.

Je souhaite également adresser un grand merci à M. Ali pour son aide et son soutien au niveau du parking. Chaque jour, il a pris le temps de m’aider à stationner ma voiture, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande vivement l’hôtel et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Une bonne adresse à Marrakech !
Pros:

Très bon séjour de 2 nuits avec ma fille et ma nièce. Hôtel propre, personnel agréable et discret. Nous avons apprécié le cadre traditionnel et l’emplacement à Guéliz, proche de tout.

Men värst av allt den sura otrevliga personalen, de verkar genomgående helt uttröttade på turister. Hälsade inte någon gång under vårt besök, uträttade inte fel vi påpekade. Slitet hotell också

Très bon séjour d’une nuit. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La chambre était confortable et très propre, le petit-déjeuner copieux et la piscine très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier sympa, avec un parking à proximité. Nous recommandons cet établissement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
