Petit déjeuner correct avec les essentiels. Bémol juste sur les œufs brouillés manquants. Dîner correct également. La climatisation est très bruyant pour la nuit

Pros:

Un séjour absolument parfait. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés en suite pour mon anniversaire, avec une coupe de fruits et une décoration soignée préparée avec beaucoup d’attention. Toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins du début à la fin.
L’hôtel est propre, la chambre était faite chaque jour, et chaque détail respirait le professionnalisme et la gentillesse.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment inoubliable.

La femme de chambre 517 Mme Nezha d une gentillesse et efficacité irréprochable ainsi que Mme Aicha au petit déjeuner toujours a l écoute et disponible

La programmation musicale autour de la piscine pas adapté a la clientèle d un certain âge trop de boom boom pour jeunes j aurais aime de la variété française et orientale marocaine mais douceur la cuisine du resto devrait être locale cuisine marocaine car les touristes souhaitent l immersion totale a Marrakech et ses saveurs

Je boekt 3 sterren, en krijgt 3 sterren
Pros:

Bed werd netjes opgemaakt en ik kreeg voldoende schone handdoeken. Hotel ligt in het nieuwe gedeelte en je moet per taxi naar de medina, lopen is te ver.

Cons:

Ontbijt viel wat tegen.
