La zona donde estaba

Cons:

Habitación sucia, le pedimos el cambio porque nos faltaban toallas y las ventanas estaban rotas y no cerraban, cuando hicimos el cambio la habitación seguía sucia lleno de pelos el baño y no nos pusieron la toalla para los dos, el jefe de recepción un chulo. Y fuimos a cenar arriba y solo vimos una camarera ligando con un señor mayor y el otro camarero que estaba cerrado cuando cierran a las 11 y fuimos a las 10:15

We asked for an extended stay, the employee said ok and blocked the rooms. and then afterwards it turned out that they didn’t block our rooms for two extra days, and they told us the hotel was full.

Good Location, but Hotel Needs Modernisation and Refurbishment
Pros:

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and some items left behind by a previous guest were still in the bath, making us question the standard of cleanliness. The carpet also had a bad smell, which was very disappointing.

We specifically requested a marina-view room, but instead we were given a room facing a neighbouring building, with no marina view at all. The hotel appeared to be very quiet, and I only saw one other guest during our stay, so it was particularly disappointing that our room request was not accommodated.

After a long journey from Marrakesh, with a flight to catch the following day, we were too tired to raise further complaints. We went out to the street market, had something to eat, returned to the hotel to sleep, and checked out early the next morning.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not worth the money we paid. The location is very good, which is the main positive, but the cleanliness, room condition and accuracy of the advertised view all need significant improvement.

The reception staff were also not friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even less pleasant.

With better housekeeping, fresher carpets, more consideration for guests' room requests and a warmer welcome from reception staff, this hotel could provide a much better experience. However, based on our stay, I would not consider it good value for money.

La pire et mauvaise expérience de cette hôtel qui mérite même pas 2 étoile s pour moi , je suis allez à un autre hôtel 4

Rien je ne sais même pas pourquoi 5 étoile , plus que 20 min à la réception ave. 4 perssone pour faire le checkin mauvaise communication aucun professionalism

La chambre n avait aucune serviette j ai pris ma douche et j été mouillé sans serviette 3 fois appelais la réception sans réponse je descendais à la réception et aucune explication juste on a pas entendue le téléphone
