Pros:

Der Service war ganz besonderes hilfsbereit. Auch das Essensbuffet war vielseitig und lecker.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer mit Blick zur Medina gewählt. Es war jedoch ziemlich laut, hier sollte man ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wählen.

Actually, the hotel and its whole staff have been very cooperative, friendly and smiley.
The front desk, the restaurant and the cleaning staff were very cooperative.

Le personnel est attentif
Le cadre le lobby le restaurant et la piscine en Rooftop sont vraiment bien

Mauvaise organisation
Chambre correcte mais sans plus.
Il n'était pas possible d'avoir un cocktail (soucis de livraison), donc impossible d'avoir un spritz p.ex.

Es war schön und wenn man nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel geht auch gut genug.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man kann viel fußläufig erreichen. Die Dachterasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer ... Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel / mittelmäßig würde ich sagen..

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist veraltet. Die Türen der alten Kleiderschränke klemmen und knarren. Überhaupt ist die gesamte Zimmereinrichtung abgenutzt, viel zu alt und dringend erneuerungswürdig.

Not value for the money and it is overpriced with a 1 star service.

the service is 1 star . The pool has no one to look after it , we had to keep asking who can provide us with the towels. No guard for kids . the bathromm not that clean as it supposed to. the food overpriced.the price of an orange juice is like the price of a pizza.not value for the money at all.bThe staff in the bar upstairs are arrogant especially a spanish manager. The ambrella not tied properly fall off nearly hitting the kids.
