Fantastiskt trevlig personal, hjälpsamma , pigga o glada. Vi kände oss välkomna. Den unga tjejen i receptionen var den bästa fixaren man kan tänka sig . Bra frukost .

Cons:

Bilderna är verkligen förskönade !! Så fint är det inte som det visar , (fler som skrivit samma såg jag nu efteråt) , slitet hotell o poolområde , men vi badade iaf . Fanns rätt mycket på detta hotellet som var mycket sämre standard än som det ser ut på bilderna !!
( Men som sagt, trevlig personal blev deras räddning ..)

A warm and friendly welcome in a great hotel.

The staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us lots of good tips for restaurants, places to visit and even advice about the opera in Verona

Soggiorno fantastico! Prima dell'arrivo ho inviato un'email chiedendo una pulizia particolare per via della sensibilità alla polvere che abbiamo io e mio figlio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera impeccabile e super pulita in ogni dettaglio, dalle tende ai letti.
​Il personale è eccezionale: il signor Vittorio e la signora Valeria sono persone squisite, simpaticissime e incredibilmente disponibili. Ci hanno fornito preziose informazioni e ci hanno aiutato per ogni esigenza, compresa la gestione del parcheggio. Colazione eccellente e varia.
​Se dovessimo tornare a Sirmione, torneremo sicuramente a trovarli. Un'esperienza bellissima che porteremo nel cuore!

Wonderful stay with parking, pool and Garda :)
Pros:

Warto było dokupić miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Super basen, pyszne śniadanie, blisko nad Gardę i do pysznych pizzerii, nic więcej nie trzeba :) Przyjazne pieskom.

Pros:

L'emplacement électrique del'hôtel, très pratique pour aller à pieds à la plage et aux restaurants ainsi que visiter la presqu'île. La piscine est un plus par rapport a la chaleur. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathiques.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les couloirs et par le personnel de cuisine lors de la préparation du petit déjeuner. Nous étions au rdc. La clim est un.plus mais elle est mal positionnée et envoie l'air fais sur le visage.

pas terrible nous avons changé d'hotel le lendemain

Le Personnel, la jeune fille de l'accueil n'a pas précisé le problême de chambre heureusement que j'ai osé lui dire que ça ne correspondait pas a mon sens a une prestation "supérieure". Elle a essayé de voir avec son patron absent par tel mais sans pouvoir y faire grand chose.

Cons:

L'hotel était en surbooking nous avons eu une chambre rez de chaussée, avec littéralement la douche de piscine collée a notre fenêtre donc tout le monde voyait dans notre chambre depuis la piscine et nous avions vue sur les gens qui se douchaient.. nous devions avoir une chambre supérieur avec blacon nous avons eu une cave car obligé de fermer les stores...la piscine est petite et pas sure de la propreté...Le patron a fait une mini réduc de 20 euros qui a mon sens ne vaut pas le désagrément
