Very average will not stay again
Pros:

Good location right next to the metro line and restaurants

Cons:

Very small rooms for the charge -a very basic breakfast with hardly any variety .The reception staff was not at all helpful when I told them they did not deliver my trouser after the laundry service -the person kept on insisting they had not recd this and what was delivered was final -only after I lost my cool and asked them to pay did they locate my trouser and deliver -no service training or ethicates

Pros:

Tout la situation ( à 30 m du métro station Bolivar) ça vous amène à la gare en 20 mns au duomo etc etc des restaurants aux alentours etc etc

Le petit déjeuner au top y’en a pour tout les goûts

Et le personnel à la réception extraordinaire merci à eux pour leur gentillesse leurs adresses pour les restaurants ( jamais déçu) 😉 et en plus ils parlent français la cerise sur le gâteau ☺️ ils sont formidables

Si nous revenons en Italie l’année prochaine c’est sûr ça sera à l’hôtel des étrangers 😍

Excellenet choice of hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

When we arrived there was a lovely guy at the reception and he checked us in. All the staff are very nice and smiling. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning was functioning very nicely. There was a slight problem with the water of the sink( was coming out very slowly) but as soon as it was mentioned it got fixed. The breakfast was good, lovely coffee and lots of choice, everywhere people were courteous and polite. Very clean place. I can recommended for everything. It is very near the new blue Metro that takes you in the centre of Milan in a very short time.
