Certe stanze non le dovrebbero offrire!

L'hotel si trova davanti alla fermata della metro Bolivar, quindi molto comodo.

Cons:

Il condizionatore non raffreddava, ho dormito in una stanza con quasi 27 gradi, inoltre era rumorosissimo. Ho dovuto dormire con la finestra spalancata, enorme, su una stanza molto piccola, ma almeno avevo l'impressione di respirare. Ho segnalato nel pomeriggio il mal funzionamento e quando sono tornata tardi la sera non era ancora funzionante, mi è stata proposta come alternativa una stanza dietro la reception, che non sono andata nemmeno a vedere, era già l'una di notte ormai. Dovevo dormire, ma non mi è stato possibile. Aggiungo che la stanza era attaccata all'ascensore, quindi capite che la stanza prenotata per riposare, non ha permesso la necessità di base, e il giorno dopo avevo molti impegni di lavoro. Non ci tornerò mai più.

For my needs, this hotel scored ten out of ten. It’s close to a metro station (under 100 meters) - and with that, you’re near the Dome in 25 minutes, it’s very clean and with beds with comfortable mattresses, it has a breakfast including eggs and ham and cheese, not just pastries.
What stands out though is the exceptional welcoming and courteous staff - they made sure we feel truly at home. They offered insights and information about the city, they were kind and attentive to our needs.

Begrüßung und nettes Rezeptionspersonal.
Weiterhin Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit genug Platz.
Frühstücksbuffet war gut.
Lage des Hotels gut und direkt an Metro Station.

Cons:

Zimmer und vor allem das Bad renovierungsbedürftig.
Armeisen im Zimmer.
Zimmerreinigung nur sehr mäßig und langsam.
Teilweise kamen wir nach 14 Uhr zurück ins Hotel und es war immer noch nichts gemacht...

Un soggiorno per impegni congressuali ben supportato dalla soluzione alberghiera
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, con la stazione della Metropolitana (Stazione Bolivar linea M4) praticamente di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel. Ben tenuti gli spazi comuni, accoglienti le camere, ampia e ben curata la sala colazione, molto cortese e disponibile lo staff alla reception. Un riferimento da tenere ben presente per future esigenze, anche perché la linea M4, in circa 20 minuti, conduce direttamente dall'hotel all'aeroporto di Linate e viceversa.

Cons:

Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualche dettaglio, arricchirei la componente "salata" della colazione, prevedendo opzioni calde (tipo uova strapazzate, bacon, tranci di focacce), anche se la colazione, complessivamente, è varia e ben presentata

Limpeza impecável, quarto moderno e confortável, boa localização próximo ao metrô e bicicletas de aluguel.

Cons:

O horário do café da manhã poderia se extendido e a variedade de opções poderia ser maior. Fora isso, estava muito agradável.

comodo per raggiungere sale congressi al Marriot e il centro città per la metro a due passi dall'albergo. Personale professionale e gentile. Letti comodi e tv con SKY, anche se il tempo per guardare la tv è stato poco.

Cons:

la colazione è abbastanza variegata ma potrebbe migliorare per scelta sugli affettati e sui dolci. L'aria condizionata in camera rumorosa e con regolazione non intuitiva e risolta solo chiedendo alla reception di spengerla da remoto
