직원분들이 전체적으로 굉장히 친절하시고 환대해 주셨어요.
시설들도 깔끔하고 조식도 맛있고 식사 공간도 넓어서 좋았습니다.
호텔 근처에 트램,지하철,중앙역이 있어 이동도 어렵지 않았어요. 다음에 다시 프라하를 방문한다면 또 한번 이용하고 싶어요.

Plenty of cheese and cold meats lovely fresh bread. The Omlette station was lovely but very large omlettes. Staff were all very friendly and polite.
Not a great variety of fresh cut fruit apart from in a small glass or yogurts to mix with. Scrambled eggs very not appetising. The bed was too soft and although the pillows were large they were way too soft.

사람이 매우 많았음에도 앉을 자리 충분해서 기다리거나 하지 않았고 간단한 빵,요거트 같은 종류들은 메인 음식들 주변 각각 구역마다 배치되어 있어서 이용하는데 매우 편했음.
식당안에 어떤 특정 한 분의 서비스가 너무 엉망이었음. 질문을 해도 아예 대꾸하지 않고 본인의 일만하고 인상쓰면서 음식을 전달해주는 모습이 너무 기분이 별로였고 그 분이 주시는 메뉴는 그런 불친절함 때문에 이용하는데 불편함을 줌
