Personel hiçbir şey için yardımcı olma gönüllüsü değil. Otelin mimarisi bina eklentileri nedeniyle bir garip, bu nedenle kaldığınız odayı bulmak zor, bellboy yok, bütün koridorları dolaştıktan sonra 5. Kattaki odamıza gittiği tabelalarla belirtilen asansörü bulduk , asansör bozuktu, valizi bırakıp resepsiyona geri döndük, resepsiyon görevlisi yeniden saçma sapan tariflere girince ses yükseltip problem çıkardık, yanımıza bir personel ekleyip odamızı gösterdiler. Temizlik ögleden sonra kafalarına göre az sayıda personelle yapılıyor, 5 yıldızlı bir otelle alakası olmayan ama fiyatı makul bir otel

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.
Das Personal an der Rezeption hätte freundlicher sein können.
Massive Kritik: die geplante Stromabschaltung zwischen 11 und 15 Uhr. Davon wüsste ich gerne beim Buchen, wenn sie geplant ist und nicht erst beim einchecken. Ich komme gerne am Nachmittag ins Hotel, um mich hinzulegen oder mein Handy aufzuladen. Das ging an dem Tag nicht.
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch super.
Es gibt im Hotel sehr viele Spiegel und Glas Wände. Ich finde es visuell sehr irritierend.
