Very clean hotel, great staff
Pros:

Our room was very clean and roomy (by European standards). They have a very good buffet style breakfast that is included. The staff helped us with any questions we had. We would stay here again and the location is very good/walkable. Half a block from the metro.

Good pleasant stay
Pros:

Very solid and comfortable hotel, would for sure stay here if I come to Prague again.
I had also dinners included as part of my booking and it was really good.

Cons:

Food during the breakfast was rather cold. The choice was nice though.
It could be quite noisy outside, especially as my room was close to the elevator, during evenings that was a bit disturbing.

Pros:

Bom hotel, bem espaçoso e bonito.
Localização boa, porém um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos.
Ótimo café da manhã e o quarto era confortável.

Cons:

Achei que faltou um pouco de atenção da equipe. Não acho que atende as expectativas de um hotel 5 estrelas, ficamos em outros na mesma viagem, que foram de muito mais qualidade.
