אהבנו את השירות והצוות שהיה נעים ושירותי מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר טובה והמלון בכללי יפה ומרשים
המלון עצמו נותן קצת הרגשה של מבוך עם מלא מראות ומעברים שלוקח זמן להתרגל. החדרים באזור העגול קצת צרים ועם דלת הזזה מזכוכית למקלחת שהיא פחות מבודדת, כנראה באזור החדש. האזור הישן עם חדרים מלבניים יותר נוח וגם דלתות רגילות למקלחת.

Çalışanları çok cana yakındı özellike Roman Bey mükemmel şekilde bize yardımcı oldu, merkeze konum olarak yakındı. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.
Oda çok soğuktu, çevredeki gece kulüplerinden çok fazla ses geliyordu. Su dahil her şey ücretli ve pahalıydı.

Blízkosť centra a čistota hotela
Was in a good location easy to walk to old town and nearby shops. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean.
The hotel offered airport transfer pick up & drop off for a set price. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case for us and we were overcharged considerably for this service despite confirming the set price multiple times with the front of house staff. I have reached out to the hotel with my concerns.

Hieno ja siisti hotelli hyvien liikenneyhteyksien äärellä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli erinomainen ja ilmastointi toimi todella hyvin, mikä oli tärkeää vierailun aikaisen poikkeuksellisen lämpimän sään vuoksi. Hotelli tarjosi concierge-palvelua ja sen kautta saattoi tilata mm. lentokenttäkuljetuksen.
