Credit Card / Debit Policy
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay plus $100 CAD to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, and then the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. We no longer accept cash deposits or debit cards at check-in.
Payment Policy
If you are paying by credit card or have a prepaid reservation, you must provide the card and matching photo identification at check-in. Please note that we only accept valid government id with photo and valid address. (e.g. Driver’s license). We do not accept expired ID or digital ID.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed. $20.00 CAD per night on select rooms depending on availability. Refundable deposit of $200.00 CAD per stay. A maximum of 60 pounds and 2 pets per room.
A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The pool and hot tub were closed, We used to get breakfast by ordering off the menu but as per choice hotels they are starting to serve a small buffet style with limited hot choices. This hotel is still under remodeling.
The facility is an older motel in need of an update but it is very good value for what it is. I like to be able to drive up to an out side door for my room as it makes it easier to carry stuff to my room.
some of the furniture was getting a little worn. Shower needed an inside soap/shampoo dish.
The property is relatively old, but the room we had was clean, and my kids loved the waterpark -- giant slide, shallow spray pool for toddlers, and the hot tub. The restaurant was already closed when we arrived, but they still accommodated us for a quick bite.
We had a ground floor room travelling with a mobility deficient person. We had to access the restaurant on the other side of the building to get him into the restaurant. Due to NO ramp at front entrance of restaurant. Food for breakfast was good. Beds were ok. If you want peace and quiet- it was very quiet . The pool looked very inviting. Rate was reasonable.
Not wheelchair friendly. Steps all over.. check in staff was not very helpful when it came to breakfast options. Was told we could order room service. They offered buffet for breakfast with the room. No chairs in room. Just the bed to sit on.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. Selection was limited and because we came late it had been sitting in warming trays a long time.
Room was freezing, we did not know that the heat was turned off. It was a cool night and the AC just kept blowing. The next day they brought us a portable electric heater which helped.

Breakfast was great. The room was good other than the door and which room we were in
We were on the main floor which was great but we got put by the party room and they kept us up all night long banging on doors and yelling non stop. We couldn't access our door from outside where we parked because it wouldn't close properly
Stayed in the "Special Room", which was great for a family stay. Lots of space and bedding. Kids liked the pool, of course, and the free arcade games nearby. Also noticed that there were a lot of available washrooms throughout the hotel.
Some transients in the area.
Excellent staff. Lovely breakfast and waitresses.
Had a bad night due to a car alarm going off until 12:00 am. Then beeping. Not the hotel's fault but just a poor sleep.
It had all the amenities that we wanted at a good price.
Some areas could be updated.
Nothing it was very dirty
