Остановились с мужем на одну ночь, хотели с утра поплавать в море, ведь август, море звало...Но выхода к пляжу так и не нашли...Поехали в другой отель.

We komen zeker nog terug want we hebben ervan genoten, maar dan voor langere tijd.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ook de directrice Ana verwelkomde ons persoonlijk. Mijn zoontje heeft genoten van het zwemmen in de prachtige zwembaden. Jammer dat het weer wat tegenviel maar ondanks dat hebben we veel kunnen doen en kunnen genieten. Het eten was heerlijk, veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Het is een groot resort maar alles staat heel goed aangeduid en het is er heel kindvriendelijk. Beneden kan je ook naar het strand waar je een ligstoel kan krijgen en waar het leuk is om op de kiezelsteentjes te spelen met de kinderen.

Cons:

We hadden nog wat langer willen blijven!

Pros:

- Hotel jest nowy(tak naprawdę po zmianie właściciela i bardzo dużym remoncie). To zdecydowanie na plus.
- baseny otwarte są bardzo fajne i ich otoczenie dobrze zagospodarowane.
- duża część personelu jest z Filipin i to są bardzo przyjaźni, niezwykle życzliwi ludzie. Do tego bardzo grzeczni i uczynni. Od razu się ich lubi. Dzięki temu personelowi hotele dużo zyskuje.
- jedzenie nie było może powalające, ale było przyzwoite i każdy dla siebie coś znajdzie.
- przy basenach dostępne ręczniki bezpłatnie
- pokoje też bardzo fajne z dużym tarasem

Cons:

- hotel tak naprawdę nie zakończył całej przebudowy i remontu w efekcie są elementy jest wyposażenia które są obecnie niedostępne: centrum spa i wellness, przestrzeń dla dzieci. I tak naprawdę największy zarzut to to że robiąc rezerwację nie widziałem informacji o braku przestrzeni dla dzieci a było to dla nas ważne bo jechaliśmy z 3 letnim dzieckiem. Hotel o tych brakach nie zawsze informuje. Na booking są momenty kiedy jest info o braku centrum spa i wellness a są momenty kiedy tej infomacji nie ma. Polecam kontakt z obiektem celem dowodzenie się co jest dostępne. Centrum spa i wellness (w tym siłowania) będą dopiero dostępne na koniec listopada. Zatem hotel będzie pełnowartościowy dopiero w następnym sezonie.
- personel w recepcji i cała organizacja zarządzania wypada bardzo słabo na tle personelu z Filipin. Niestety recepcja działa trochę w chaosie. W samym końcowym rozliczeniu mieliśmy błędy które musieliśmy korygować bo za dużo nam policzono (trzeba tego pilnować). Nie jest to nawet ich zła wola chyba tylko jakiś chaos. Chyba się dopiero uczą i sami jeszcze nie wiedzą co mają wpisane na booking i nasze pytanie o przestrzeń dla dzieci były dla nich zaskoczeniem chyba.

Short stay at Kvarner Bay
Pros:

The property is new and luxurious, you feel that in every step. Dinner and breakfast are amazing and tasty! Beds are super comfortable. Staff attentive and polite. Plenty of parking. All in all a great experience.

Arrivo all'albergo molto bello, ottimo garage, servizio staff molto empatico e cordiale.

Cons:

Tutta la parte zona spiaggia dove nelle foto si vede la piscina vicino al mare e in costruzione è chiusa. La camera che ci hanno assegnato, l'interno carino ma eravamo nel sottosuolo. Ascensori due non funzionanti, una zona un po abbandonata, per tutta la notte c'era un allarme con sto bip fastidioso che arriva a dall'esterno. Camera carina ma per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato in Croazia non ha senso.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole al Mövenpick, un hotel che ci ha colpito per l’ottima posizione, la splendida vista e l’elevata qualità del servizio. La struttura è inoltre molto spaziosa, elegante e confortevole, con ambienti curati e accoglienti che contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rilassante.

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Ana Rajak e Igor Nekić, due manager che si sono dimostrati estremamente professionali, gentili e cordiali. Hanno fatto davvero di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio e rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile.

Nonostante alcuni lavori in corso vicino alla struttura, tutto il personale ha saputo gestire la situazione con grande professionalità, facendo in modo che questo non influisce minimamente sulla nostra esperienza. Anzi, grazie alla loro attenzione, disponibilità e cortesia, siamo riusciti a trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante e davvero piacevole.

Complimenti a tutto lo staff e, in particolare, ad Ana Rajak ,e Igor Nekić, per la calorosa accoglienza e per l’attenzione che ci hanno dedicato durante il nostro soggiorno.

Un’esperienza che ci sentiamo sicuramente di consigliare e che saremo felici di ripetere in futuro!
