Baustelle der noch nicht fertig gestellten Häuser welche aber zum Hotel gehören.

Das man zwar angibt auch deutsch zu sprechen. Dies aber nicht der Fall war. Aber das soll nicht als Kritik verstanden werden, schließlich befindet man sich in Kroatien und da ist nicht Deutsch die Landessprache. Daher alles ok

The stay was very disappointing. Nobody outside to help with luggage. Beach loungers were locked. No a la carte dinner. Poor service at restaurant. Not good at English. To few staff. No plates removed. Waiter complained about wearing gowns even though we had breakfast outside. Expexted a lot better.

Der einzige Punkt, der mich wirklich etwas traurig gemacht hat, war, dass wir uns in
unserem eigenen Land auf Englisch verständigen mussten.
Gerade wenn man in die eigene Heimat kommt, wünscht man sich doch, sich von Anfang an ein Stück weit wie zu Hause zu fühlen – auch durch die eigene Sprache. Für mich gehört Sprache ganz wesentlich zu diesem Gefühl von Heimat, Nähe und Herzlichkeit dazu.
Ich würde mir deshalb sehr wünschen, dass Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, sich auch in ihrer eigenen Sprache verständigen zu können. Das würde den Aufenthalt für mich noch persönlicher und herzlicher machen.

Die Getränkepreise sind im Hotel doppelt so hoch wie in der Umgebung, teilweise noch höher! Zu einem Glas Wein, welches nur 0,1 Liter war, gab es kein Wasser dazu.
Das Abendessen war nicht besonders, man musste ganz schön suchen um was für sich zu finden.
Das Gym gibt es auch noch nicht!

Unfortunately, our experience did not fully meet the expectations for a hotel of this standard.

We initially received a room that did not match the booked Superior Sea View category. There was a construction site directly next to the room, and the sea was barely visible from the side. After several hours of insisting, we were eventually given a suitable room. However, the reception staff had no authority to change rooms themselves, which resulted in a very long and frustrating wait.

The restaurant staff are friendly and clearly trying their best, but the service feels extremely uncoordinated. Orders take a very long time, and it is quite obvious that the staff need more training. The same applies to the pool area, where you often have to look for someone just to order a drink, followed by another long wait.

The hotel itself is new, but based on the current level of maintenance, we are concerned that it may start looking neglected quite quickly. For example, there were several visible drink spills and stains on the stone surfaces around the outdoor dining area, some of which were only partially cleaned after several days.

Only one buffet restaurant was open during our stay. The beach is also quite a walk from the hotel, and unfortunately there are no toilets down by the beach.

Overall, there is a lot of potential, but the service, organisation, staff training and maintenance need significant improvement to match the standard the hotel aims to offer.

Von vermeintlich drei Pools war nur einer Fertigstellt und der Strandbereich ist auch nicht wie beworben.

W pokoju brakowało mi jakiegoś blatu czy biurka. Był tylko mały okrągły stolik, na którym stał telefon .Brakowało więc miejsca na rozłożenie zawartości bagaży. Źle zaprojektowane wyjście na balkon- można było otworzyć drzwi balkonowe tylko na 1/4 szerokości i przeciskać się, ponieważ były upięte zasłony tak, że przeszkadzały żabki czyli ugięcie zasłon. Problematyczne wifi- poprzez rejestrację na stronie Arcor.
I teraz główna sprawa, która nie spodobała mi się. Po pierwsze: rezerwując hotel na booking com nie było informacji, że trwa dalsza budowa a plaża nie wygląda tak jak na zdjęciu. Ìnformacja przyszła od hotelu kiedy był już opłacony. Hotel wprowadza w błąd, gdyż oferta nie jest zgodna z prawdą. Do wyboru hotelu zachęciły mnie zdjęcia pięknej plaży - ale tej która ma dopiero powstać a w rzeczywistości jej nie ma. Pokój dostałam również z oknem na budowę. Co prawda nie przeszkadzała mi w pobycie ta budowa ale należało uczciwie zaznaczyć to w ofercie abym mogła podjąć decyzję czy chcę na pewno ten hotel . Po drugie: przy zameldowaniu zażądano od nas kwoty depozytu po 100 euro za każdą dobę. I znowu chodzi nie tyle o te pieniądze co fakt. Nie miałam przed przyjazdem do wglądu regulaminu hotelu i nie spotkałam się wcześniej z taką praktyką choć dużo podróżuję. Nie pijąc drinków i nie mając pewności czy skorzystam z restauracji nie chciałam zamrażać moich pieniędzy do dyspozycji hotelu. Za sam pobyt zapłaciłam nie mało, byłam w długiej podróży, w planach jeszcze wydatki a tu takie przyjęcie. Tym bardziej, że wcześniej w opiniach było napisane o kłopotach z odzyskaniem pieniędzy i kilkukrotnym pobraniu niesłusznie przez hotel pieniędzy. Wiem, że to nie hotel dla biednych ludzi ale 500 euro blokady to nie mało. Ostatecznie po długiej dyskusji nie zapłaciłam ale niesmak pozostał.
