에어컨이 너무 안됩니다...객실 손님이 많아서 에어컨 가동량이 많다보니 잘 안된다고만 하시고, 룸 오셔서 냉풍기 하나 넣어주시고, 어어컨은 점검 안해주셨어요. 그런데 다음날 아침까지 에어컨 가동이 전혀 안되었구요(티슈로 에어컨 바람 나오는데 앞에 대봤는데 티슈 흔들림이 하나도 없었음). 한여름이였고 날씨가 39도까지 올랐을때고 객실에 오픈되는 창문도 없는데 냉풍기 하나로 버텼구요, 모든 룸 에어컨이 돌아가서 제대로 가동이 안된다는 말은 모든 객실 손님을 받을 생각을 안하고 호텔 영업을 하신단 얘기인가요? 그게 아니라면 애초에 건물 설계 및 에어컨 설비가 잘못되었다는거 아닐까요? 그리고 지하주차장도 환풍시설이 하나도 없어서 가스냄새라고 해야할까요, 굉장히 온도가 높고 냄새가 안좋았습니다..

I loved it. The room was modern and elegant and provided the comfort and relaxation I was looking for.

They didn’t have welcome goodies in the room.
These should be made available for all the guests in their rooms. Shows hospitality and go a long way in making the guests feel welcome, comfortable and happy to stay at your hotel.
