Nice location, customer service needs reviewing.
Pros:

Great location, clean hotel.

Cons:

The England game was on the evening we stayed and the receptionist couldn’t work the TV so we couldn’t watch the match. The hotel is a “London” themed hotel so we expected to be able to watch it. The receptionist was not apologetic at all.
I do not think the hotel is good value for money.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff great position, very good choice for breakfast.
Pros:

Great position easy access to shops restaurants etc..

Cons:

The soundproofing could have been better, the room next door put their television on at 5am and we could hear it clearly, also their message alert on their phone!

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes, helles und recht geräumiges Zimmer, grosses Badzimmer, sehr gute Betten, ruhig in der Nacht, ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet, Parkplätze gegen zusätzliches Entgelt beim Hotel, nahe beim Zentrum und deshalb ideal für Besichtigung der Stadt und dem Schloss Saumur

Séjour d'une nuit correcte, mais literie impeccable.

Literie et clim dans la chambre

Cons:

Coin petit déjeuner plus cocooning, mieux aménagé. Petit déjeuner un peu basique, dommage.
Chambre basique également, au prix, j'aurai espéré que ce soit moins basique/moderne, un peu plus de cachet pour un hôtel portant ce nom.

Pros:

Wir haben uns über ein großes Zimmer mit Parkettboden und ein Bad mit begehbarer Dusche gefreut. Die zum Zimmer gehörige Miniterrasse konnten wir wegen der aktuellen Hitze leider nicht nutzen.
Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Und wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

very good spot, excellent food!
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional!

Cons:

The AC was very noisy. Parking spots are extremely expensive for the **night** (10€ when outside is <1€) (good value though if you leave your car for the entire day)
