Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es prima, weil super zentral
Pros:

Super Lage, witziges Lobby Konzept, gratis Kaffee, Wasser und Gummibären.

Cons:

Ich durfte auf Anfrage eher einchecken, das ging allerdings zu Lasten der Sauberkeit im Zimmer. (Staub, Duschwand)
Das Raumkonzept mit Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer und ohne Toilettentür - das muss man mögen. Die Lüftung ging nicht mehr aus.

tolle Konzept- auch in raumtechnischer Hinsicht und Preisgestaltung
Pros:

einfach ein geniales Konzept in Hinsicht der Preisgestaltung und was man bekommt- Persönliche Nachricht am Bett bei der Ankunft- Süßes in der Lobby zur freien Entnahme und auch Kaffee und Tee.

Cons:

Vielleicht manchmal ein bisschen mehr eine Asprechsperson in der Lobby zu haben- aber das ist echt ein sehr geringer Kritikpunkt (Per Mail und telefonisch waren sie erreichbar)

Pros:

Das nette Personal.
Die Lage.
Das portugiesische Restaurant um die Ecke.

Cons:

Der Ausblick auf die vermüllte Bauruine im Hinterhof. Wenn der Nachbar morgens um 4 duscht saugt automatisch auch meine Abluft laut und lange. Der Abfluss der Dusche riecht vorallem nachts übel modrig. Irgendjemand klopfte nach drei nachts an alle Türen und verschwand wieder. Alles in allem ein getrübtes Gesamtbild.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage gut geeignet für einen Kurztrip, jedoch mit einigen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist super, man erreicht die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung war sehr spartanisch. Es gab wenig Kleiderbügel, bis auf den winzigen Badmülleimer hatten wir keine weitere Entsorgungsmöglichkeit und wir mussten uns zu zweit eine Decke teilen. Ebenso wirkte das Zimmer mittlerweile recht abgenutzt und hätte insgesamt sauberer sein können.

Menschen nett, Bett gut, Ausstattung basic aber sehr, sehr laut
Pros:

Sehr gutes Bett. Nette Rezeption. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Sauber. Liegt gut, wenn man ins Zentrum möchte.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr laut: Zimmer ging zur Strasse (alle Premium übrigens!). Man hört Auto- und Bahnverkehr sehr deutlich. Kein Badezimmer, Dusche im Raum mit einem Abzugslüfter der ständig läuft. Und plötzlich nachts um 3 losdrehte wie verrückt! Praktisch ein Staubsauger am Bett. Ich habe beschissen geschlafen. Klimaanlage ist gut, aber auch sehr, sehr laut.

Wenn man Ruhe möchte: definitiv die falsche Wahl. Ohrstöpsel sind Pflich.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert. Die Pflege der Zimmer ist verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Das überaus freundliche Personal und die kostenlosen Extras, wie Kaffee und Süßigkeiten. Außerdem sind die Zimmer recht modern eingerichtet, jedoch leider nicht so gepflegt.

Cons:

Der Vorhang war nicht komplett in der Schiene und hing herab. Der Schacht der Klimaanlage war extrem verstaubt, sodass man diese nicht unbedingt einschalten möchte während man im Zimmer ist und wenn die Lüftung nach der Dusche läuft, riecht es nach Abfluss.
