DRESS CODE FOR ALL OUR RESTAURANTS & BARS
We observe a "Resort Chic" dress code. Uncovered swimming attire is not all allowed in our restaurants.
In the evening tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, shirts, polo shirts and closed shoes are permitted at La Citronelle, Indigo, and Lakaze restaurants. For our a la carte restaurants men are required to wear long trousers with elegant, closed shoes. As for the ladies. We always appreciate a "Resort Chic" style.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee is payable directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Le hall d’accueil est joli … la plage aussi

Cons:

L’attente pour avoir les valises en chambres (20mîn et 1 appel) et au départ (25min)
La saleté sous les meubles de la chambre (photos et vidéos) prouve à quel point l’hôtel fait tout à la « va vite »
Hotel très, trop populaire avec des clients parfois sans gêne ni éducation.
il n’y a rien de haut de gamme dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles .
Les prix sont bien 5 étoiles pour des cocktails plein de sucre .
Annulation des cours de tennis pris la veille sans explication ni appel .
Tables de ping-pong dans un état pitoyable.

Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment super et l’hôtel a beaucoup d’activités. Le personnel est vraiment incroyable et ils font tous pour que vous passiez un bon moment avec des petites attentions au quotidien.
Mention spéciale au buffet qui est vraiment très varié et très bon !

Nice resort, awful rooms. Dirty, outdated and badly maintained. Full of bugs.

The location, the beach and common areas.

Cons:

Rooms. Outdated and unclean. Mold in toilette everywhere, never fully deep cleaned in years (see pics). Insects everywhere in the room.

A lovely beach resort in Mauritius with calm waters, great food, golf, pretty gardens, and plenty of fun for families.
Pros:

Kids Club (Coconut Tribe) was the best part of our stay. Staff was amazingly good and kept the kids engaged 100%. Other activities were good especially the clear bottom glass boat ride.

Cons:

Nothing.

الموظفين خدومين بشوشين رائعين، الشاطيء هادي ومناسب للسباحة ، الجناح المطل رائع ، المطعم لذيذ ومتنوع

يوجد حشرات صغيره في الغرفة ، الغرفه المطلة ( وليس الجناح ) كانت صغيره وسقفها منخفض جداً واضائتها سيئة ، نحتاج كل يومين ننادي عامل التنظيف يرش ، تحس المكان والتصميم قديم شوي

Muy buen hotel, servicio excepcional. Instalaciones cuidadas y muy bonitas.

El hotel es impresionante, por situación y servicio.

Cons:

Cartas de los restaurantes, poco variada y se repite bastante. Vale más la pena comer en el restaurante principal buffet.
La política del "all inclusive" con las bebidas. No es normal que te cobren el agua. Creo que tendrían que tener una carta de bebidas básicas y si sales fuera de esa carta, pues pagar.

Good facilities and great location. Can do better on speed of service and quality of food
Pros:

Good - facilities, friendliness of staff - especially Rakshita in the spa. Couple of good onsite restaurants - Deer Hunter and La Spiaggia. Plenty of on-site activities to enjoy

Cons:

Cons - slow service (including in room dining), food is not good in Indigo and La Citronella
