DRESS CODE FOR ALL OUR RESTAURANTS & BARS
We observe a "Resort Chic" dress code. Uncovered swimming attire is not all allowed in our restaurants.
In the evening tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, shirts, polo shirts and closed shoes are permitted at La Citronelle, Indigo, and Lakaze restaurants. For our a la carte restaurants men are required to wear long trousers with elegant, closed shoes. As for the ladies. We always appreciate a "Resort Chic" style.

Kindly note that, commencing 01 October 2025, the Government of Mauritius will introduce a tourist fee of €3 per person per night for hotel stays. Children under 12 will be exempt. The fee is payable directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

Pros:

The restaurants at the hotel are of a very high standard, and the padel court was excellent.

Cons:

there were power outages every day. It seemed to be part of their daily routine, as when we mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t seem particularly surprised.

The “heated pool” is not actually heated - it was cold, just like all the other pools.

The gym is currently under renovation, so the facilities are very basic at the moment.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Rund um zufrieden
Pros:

Alle waren so freundlich und jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt.
Es gibt genug Aktivitäten, Sport etc., dass einem nicht langweilig wird. Die Restaurants sind allesamt super.
Besonders hat mit der Pool in der „Quiet Zone“ gefallen. Ein echtes Paradies

Une belle adresse au cœur d’un jardin luxuriant.
Pros:

La qualité et le confort des installations. L’hôtel est très bien décoré dans un environnement très soigné.
L’hôtel offre de nombreuses activités pour vous distraire pendant votre séjour et le personnel est aux petits soins.

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour fut agréable.
Pros:

Chambre confortable avec une literie de qualité. Les services proposés, notamment les petites attentions pour les enfants. (coloriages au restaurant, assiettes et couverts adaptés).
Le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné.
L’eau est compris dans la formule demie pension, ce qui n’est pas le cas dans d’autres resorts.

Cons:

Chambre un peu étroite.
Un ménage plus approfondi ne serait pas de refus, mais reste correct.

1. Soba u lošem stanju, osobito kupatilo.
2. Doručak dosadan i jednoobrazan, nemastovit.
3. INTERNET-WI FI, izuzetno los, skoro neupotrebljiv
4. Prilikom objavljivanje, čekao sam pola sata - zajedno sa vozačem, da mi donesu kofere.

GORGEOUS SOLO BEACHFRONT HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER
Pros:

The beach is breathtakingly gorgeous. So was the customer service. Malaury the massage therapist was AMAZING! She was friendly, professional and talented. The food was some of the best I have ever had in my entire life.
The general manager of La Citronelle (restaurant) was so friendly and kind. As a soli traveller, the staff did their best to make me feel so welcome.

The food in all the restaurants were special. Especially Blu Sushi. I couldn't get enough of it. The prestige beachfront room is perfectly located and I cannot wait to come back here again soon!

Cons:

The FLIES in the room in winter?!

Damn.

But thats about it. Nothing bug spray can't get rid of.

Generally very pleasant, but being our second time there we noticed a degradation

The whole environment is very pleasant, secure, beautiful. Food is of high quality and well presented in all the catering options available. When presenting a problem to the appropriate department, action was quickly and efficiently taken to remedy the problem.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not up to standard in the bedroom. When you looked deeply, the shower had mold on the ceiling, the WC were not properly cleaned. At one stage, we arrived at the SPA and were told the sauna and Hammam were not working without providing information on when it would work again. No alternative given.
