Great property with excellent location
Pros:

Location was great and spread at Breakfast was great,a lavish spread with lots of choice.FB staff was very helpful and courteous.They made sure Guest were happy and special mention of FB head Prince. He made sure all needs of Guest were taken care .

Pros:

The staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to provide the guest with anything they need. If you're looking for a good south indian breakfast, look no further than the coffee house.

Cons:

Perhaps a speciality restaurant would be a good addition.

Was pleasantly surprised - lovely Hotel, great staff and facilities The Spa was great too
Pros:

Par excellence... there was a great combination of Kerala/ Indian /Western food. Mr Vishnu and his team gave us brilliant service with the smile. The packed breakfast for us in the morning, was also quite nice

I loved the staff at the cafe, the manager Vishnu was such a sweetheart and accommodated to my needs, the waiter Karan was also so very nice and efficient, Princy at the counter was also so friendly and I felt at home. Thank you to the whole team

it was totally very bad experience
Pros:

breakfast is very basic , overall experience is poor , no essential at the room , instead of paste there is some tablet given , items missing and no clue .... very very poor not even a 2 star hotel service... water is full of chlorine and having skin itching

nothing I liked except the location , this is close to my meeting place , and good parking facility
