Stylish room, wonderful staff and beautiful location.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen and washing machine made a big difference for a family with a toddler.

The staff were all excellent. A special thanks to the chef who even helped feed and entertain our son so that we could eat.

インバウンド客の民度(失礼)が高い。

Cons:

難しいかもしれないが、基本的な調味料は塩・胡椒以外もあってほしい。
小口の使い切りタイプとか。
ホテル敷地内の駐車場台数が少ない。第二駐車場は階段が急で危険。

Great stay
Pros:

Fenix Furano is one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Their staffs are very friendly and proactively going out of their way to make your stay great. Staff such as Amber and Charles deserve praise.

Excellent family room
Pros:

I love almost everything about this hotel. We stayed there during low season, so it was very quiet within and around the hotel. We even spotted a fox at night along the road that leads to the hotel. The room is really spacious for 4 of us, has well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room, with washer/dryer machine and ironing facilities. The clothes drying rack was a bonus, and morning sun helped with the drying as well.
The hotel is located at higher ground so it has great view of the centre of the town with Mount Daisetsuzan at the background. All the major Furano attractions are at short car-ride away.
I was told that the front desk was closed early until 30 May. The hour extended from 1 Jun onwards.

Cons:

Parking, really. The parking beside the hotel only allows 3 cars and is always full before 8pm and the next available parking is at short walking distance but a bit dark at night.
