Als Stop für einen Nacht war es genau die richtige Unterkunft für uns! Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Der Empfang an der Lobby war außergewöhnlich freundlich und man kam gleich ins Gespräch wo wir herkommen und was wir hier vor haben. Auto wird gleich hinter dem Haus geparkt auf einem geräumigen Parkplatz. Frühstück war ein klassisches Amerikanisches Frühstück mit einer kleinen aber feinen Auswahl.

Cons:

Der 2te Lift war defekt - die Wartezeiten hier waren sehr lange vor allem beim Check-Out.
Wir haben versucht nach 22:00 Uhr noch auf ein Getränk und einen Snack zu gehen, aber leider war hier die Auswahl recht bescheiden.

Clean Hotel/Rude Staff/Paper Thin Walls

it is clean and breakfast looked fine.

Cons:

They only have valet parking and it is actually in a pretty bad neighborhood. They will not let you park your own car and the valet is an additional charge--so either you are paying them to park your car in the hotel parking lot or you are paying to park it on the sidewalk with junkies roaming around. The staff were very rude and as I walked in, customers were already in a dispute with the staff because the hotel misrepresented the size of the room and how much bedding was available. I felt terrible for the family. The staff was so rude to them and this became an ongoing theme. It also has very thin walls. There was a whole family reunion staying there and the kids kept me up the entire night running and screaming in the hallway. I called the front desk over and over and over. I was traveling for work and ended up being late for my conference because of the lack of sleep. They should have been more stern and kicked out the family if the family continued to be that loud and refused to watch their children.

Room not ready until 7pm- room still not cleaned

Went for a local concert. Check in was 4pm- rooms still not ready at 6:30pm. Missed 6:30pm dinner reservation. We were told the parking would be comped. Went up to room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty sheets on top of the beds, bathroom was filthy, used plastic cups from restaurants in bathroom, garbage full, bathroom floor filthy- from previous guest. The room reeked of skunk weed. Spoke to manager- after showing him pictures of the room, he reluctantly said he would comp the room. Because the room was booked on Expedia, we had to contact Expedia to request a refund. While doing this in the lobby, the manager asked us to “just go” to the new room. By now it was 7:15pm- in new room at 7:30pm- concert started at 8pm- missed dinner. In the end, we didn’t pay for anything but it was only after being adamant. They were very rude. The location was great in proximity to MVP arena , but the experience wasn’t worth it.

Pros:

Clean, very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast layout needs to be mindful of complete separation of pork products vs turkey products. Non pork eaters will not touch food that even may have been served with utensils that could have been used on a pork sausage for example. Otherwise the breakfast was plentiful
