Location in the heart of downtown was walkable to several bars and restaurants
Overall, the hotel offers a fair price-to-quality ratio, with clear positives but also a few noticeable drawbacks. The location is great, the room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, though the exact same items were served for all 4 days.
On the downside, the AC unit was extremely loud, and since the windows do not open at all, you have no choice but to keep it running constantly. Having only one elevator also led to long waiting times. Lastly, the valet parking felt awkward and unnecessary: you pull directly into the lot yourself only for the valet to move the car just 30 feet into a stall, which costs $20 plus tip.

Customer service was excellent, the hotel front desk clerk seemed eager to help.
The couple in the room next to me had a big argument in the middle of the night! This was nothing the hotel could control.
Location to our event
There was a $20.00 a day to park they boxed me in several times. Not a single Handicapped parking spot. They want you to leave your keys with shady looking people.
Location was fantastic (close to the palace theater). Breakfast was sufficient. There was always hot coffee offered (even outside of breakfast hours). Room was comfortable and clean.
Ac worked too well during the day and not well enough st night. The parking is what it is but it would have been nicer for it to be free. It is an open lot behind the hotel- not to be confused with the public lot across the street.

The 2nd elevator was broken, only one of the elevators was functioning. This causes unnecessary wait time to call the elevator.

The in-room refrigerator didn't work well, there was ice build up in the rear of it. The ice machine on our floor also didn't work and I had to travel to another floor seeking ice- inconvenient. There was only one elevator working in the hotel for the two days there- which functioned for guests and hotel staff. Huge inconvenience.
