A Below Average Hilton
Pros:

Booked a suite that was supposed to be on a higher floor - Came to check in and the only room offered in the app was on the second ! Messaged hotel to change room to a higher floor and was fobbed off basically told that the hotel couldn't accommodate ' My Preference' . The breakfast room is far too small for the large tour parties that use the hotel and staff cannot cope with the influx. Housing keeping hit and miss one day our room was cleaned until after 3.30 pm ..The executive lounge is the poorest I have ever seen .. Poor offering at night and not enough seats for everyone that uses it . The bar plays loud music in the early hours during the weekend and you could hear the base on the second floor ... All in all a very poor Hilton only good point is that it is attached to the S Bhan train system.

Disappointing. Not family friendly.
Pros:

This is just okay as far as Hiltons go. The room is clean - that is always important. Check in was okay - the front desk lied to me about available upgrades. I checked the website and they had upgrades available but declined to offer our family any as diamond members.

It was unreasonably hard to get milk for my daughter who is 6 and lost her first tooth here. The bartender was extremely rude at Juliet and Rose - really surprising for a global brand to staff someone who does not have an interest in helping hotel guests and is more interesting in being like a character from the movie Cocktails. Not only was he rude but he did a bait and switch on us when ordering wine. The menu lists the price at 10 euro but he charged us for a larger pour - which we did not receive.

I paid for a suite and listed three guests on the room but there is only a king bed. We had to call the desk for sheets for the sofa for my 12 year old. I don’t know what the point of listing three guests was.

The location is a little out of the old city but nicely on the train line. The view from the room is also a disappointment.

We have stayed at Hiltons all over Europe and this was disappointing. It is not really a family friendly place but much more geared towards adults traveling for business who are impressed with cheap bartending tricks.

you can not change the weather but the facility can help with block out curtains in summer.
Pros:

location was great easy to get around town. Metro nearby and easy to use or just simply walk around as streets flat.Did the hop on hop off bus around town.

Cons:

No dark curtain to lock out the light which has 24hours of light making it difficult to sleep. Noisy in the streets so windows could do with more block out of noise.
