Wundervoller Urlaub mit Hund und Kind im Spätsommer

Wir waren letzten Winter hier, und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir nun im Spätsommer nochmals hier waren. Wir sind mit Hund und Kind für 5 Nächte geblieben, und es war wieder wunderbar - das Essen qualitativ hochwertig und richtig lecker, das Personal (egal wo tätig) sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch gut drauf, die Lage vom Hotel is super und auch die Sommerkarte, die wir bekommen haben, haben wir auch sehr gut genutzt, aber auch die Ausstattung vom Hotel passt super (Indoor und Outdoorpool wurden täglich besucht).

The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We had a race that required us to leave the hotel before 5:00 AM, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had something to eat. Before 4:00 AM, they had prepared sandwiches, various spreads and fresh fruit for us in the lobby, which we could either have for breakfast or take with us.

This was a wonderful gesture and really showed us that the guests come first. It made our stay even more special.

If I return to Kaprun, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
