Ulaşım açısından iyi, konfor olarak geliştirilmesi gereken bir tesis
Pros:

Konum açısından tercih edilebilir. Tramvay durağına çok yakındı, ulaşım açısından hiç sıkıntı çekmedik. Çevresinde alışveriş için marketler var. Mutfak eşyaları ihtiyaçları karşılıyordu.

Cons:

İki yıl önce Jimmy's Apartments Lory'de kalmıştık. Bu iki tesis arasında kıyaslama yapınca orası daha konforluydu özellikle ikinci yatak olarak kullanılan kanepe buradaki hiç rahat değildi. Ayrıca banyoda havlu asacak bir tane askı bulunmuyor. Birkaç tane askı aparatı takmak çok maliyetli olmaz diye düşünüyorum. Banyoda el yıkama ve duş için bırakılan sıvı sabunlar çok azdı, döneceğimiz gün ikisi de bitti. Herhangi bir görevli de bulamadığımız için şampuanımızı el sabunu yaptık. Bunlar ufak sorunlar gibi olsa da dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar diye düşünüyorum. Son gün check out yaptıktan sonra bavullarımızı valiz odası olarak gösterilen yere indirdiğimizde buranın çamaşırhane ile aynı yer olduğunu gördük. Bavullar için ayrı kilitli bir bölme olmaması sıkıntı vericiydi. Çamaşır makinelerinin yanına bavulları bırakmak istemediğimiz için bavullarımız dinlenme alanı olarak ayrılan odaya bıraktık. Lory'de kaldığımızda ayrı ayrı kilitli bölmeler vardı, burada da benzeri bir oda yapılabilir. Konuyu kendilerine mesajla bildirdik. Geri bildirim için teşekkür ettiler ilgileneceklerini ve iyileştirme yapacaklarını söylediler:)

Niemal doskonały
Pros:

Niemal wszystko mi się podobało. Poza naprawdę drobnymi detalami było super. Mieszkanie jest dwupoziomowe - dół to salonik z kuchnią, jadalnią, łazienką i toaletą a na górze są dwie sypialnie. Było czysto, wygodnie, łazienka topowa. Relatywnie blisko starego miasta ze wszystkimi zabytkami i atrakcjami. Dość spokojna okolica (jak na centrum dużego miasta). Miłym zaskoczeniem był ekspres na saszetki i klima (nie widzieliśmy na zdjęciach). Obsługi... Cóż, nie widzieliśmy na oczy co przy tego typu miejscu z pełną automatyką jest normalne i pożądane. Cena umiarkowana biorąc pod uwagę miejsce, wygodę i jakość.

Cons:

Zamiast fotela z dużym biurkiem na dole przydałaby się sofa z małym stolikiem. Ale to bardzo drobna wada. Co też pisało dużo osób przede mną słychać (czy też czuć wibracje bardziej) przejeżdżających tramwajów. Czy to wada? Dla mnie to dodawało uroku miejscu ale komuś może to faktycznie przeszkadzać.

Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo, bien decorado y con una cocina muy bien equipada con cafetera Nespresso, hervidor, microondas, vajilla, lavavajillas y todo lo necesario. Fue de gran ayuda poder dejar los bolsos antes del checkin y después del checkout en una habitación que era a la vez guarda equipajes y zona de lavadoras.

Cons:

Por decir algo, no tenía aire acondicionado, pero nos apañamos abriendo la ventana y con el ventilador

Ось природний і гарний варіант німецькою для відгуку:

Wenn man früher ankommt, kann man sein Gepäck im Gepäckraum abstellen. Obwohl es sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um Apartments handelt, besteht sogar die Möglichkeit, vor dem Check-in zu duschen – ideal, wenn man eine lange Anreise hinter sich hat. Der Check-in ist zwar erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich, aber in der Lounge gibt es Duschen, die man vorher nutzen kann.

Außerdem liegt die Unterkunft nur wenige Gehminuten vom Schloss Belvedere entfernt.

Cons:

Das Sofa ist alt und muss ersetzt werden. Es ist sehr laut, und man kann unmöglich bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Wir waren im Sommer dort, und es war sehr heiß. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Pros:

Bel appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Accès assez proches aux divers transports en commun.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné à Vienne par 32 degrés. Il faisait extrêmement chaud la nuit. Le ventilateur n'était pas suffisant piur rafraîchir la pièce. Nous avons dû dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte mais la rue étant très passante, il a été très difficile de dormir. Cet appartement est sinon idéal pour des périodes plus fraîches. Mettre de l'huile et du vinaigre à dispo serait un plus.

Мястото в много удобно. Спокоен и чист район. Точно до входа има чудесно италианско заведение. Апартаментът разполага с всичко необходимо за кратък престой. Определено бихме го ползвали и друг път

Cons:

Няма климатик. Наложи се да ползваме креативно и двата вентилатора, както и да оставяме прозорците отворени. Леко шумно става, защото под прозорците минава трамвай.
