Una muy buena opción
Pros:

El piso está muy bien, reformado, cómodo y con todo lo esencial. Se puede acceder con ascensor y estaba limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, tienes una línea de tranvía al lado y llegas al centro rápido. Si te apetece caminar, también puedes darte un paseo y en 20 minutos o media hora estás en el centro. Tienes supermercados y todo lo imprescindible cerca. Hay una pizzería debajo que está bien de precio y las pizzas son muy buenas, para llegar cansado por la noche y tener la cena resuelta, es maravilloso.

Cons:

En general el piso es muy bueno, poca cosa que decir. La única aportación que daría es que en la ducha, no hay dónde colocar nada y hay que ponerlo en el suelo, que para la gente mayor puede ser complicado agacharse. Además, algo que a mi no me gustaba es que no tiene cerrojo la puerta, se entra con código y por dentro no puedes echar el pestillo o poner una cadena, lo cual me generaba inseguridad al dormir. No pasó nada y todo fue sin incidencias, pero no me sentía del todo cómoda.

Pros:

Struttura pulita luminosa e ben arredata con tutti i comfort. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal Belvedere e a trenta dall”opera. Ristoranti , bar e supermarket sotto casa

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, cambierei solo i cuscini, troppo morbido e bassi

Ausstattung ist gut, Lage auch. Modern eingerichtete Wohnung.

Cons:

Starker unangenehmer Rauchgeruch in der ganzen Wohnung, der auch mit Lüften nicht raus ging. Durch einen technischen Defekt ging 2x der Feueralarm früh am Morgen. Das ist an sich nicht so schlimm, kann der Vermieter nichts dafür, aber die Hotline für Notfälle war nicht zu erreichen.

Lo stile dell'appartamento, semplice, luminoso e pulito

Cons:

Su alcune finestre non è stato possibile alzare la tapparella, perché gli interruttori non funzionavano.
Non siamo riusciti a trovare le cialde adatte per la macchina del caffè. Siamo andati sia da BILLA che da SPAR, ma non avevano cialde di quel formato.

Tesis konum konum itibariyle çok güzeldi. Merkeze yakın ama sakin bir semtti. Hemen önündeki tramvaydan merkeze gidebilesiniz. Mesafe çok yakındı.Hem havalanı hem de şehir içi ulaşımda sorun yaşamadık.

Cons:

Temizliği ve daire genişliği gayet iyiydi. Fakat beni üzen bir sıkıntı yaşadım. Check in saatinden önce görüşte valizleri kilitlediğimiz dolaplar pek güvenli değildi. Ayrıca bana verilen şifre ile eşyalarımı kilitledikten sonra dolabım açılmadı. Birilerine ulaşmak çok zordu. Yarın sabah dokuza kadar yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Israr edip eşyalarım olmadan konaklayamayacağımı söylediğimde ek bir şifre gönderdiler. Ancak bu şekilde açtım. Yaşadığım stres daha ilk günde moralimi bozdu :(

Pros:

SZép, modern szállás. Kényelmes volt alapvetően, jó beosztású és jól felszerelt.

Cons:

A villamos zaja behallatszott, nem volt akasztó a törölközőknek a fürdőszobában és sajnos a matrac elég puha volt.

Sauberes Apartment. Es hat an nichts gefehlt (bis auf 1-2 Handtuchhalter).
Sehr gute Anbindung der Öffis. Spar gleich um die Ecke. Sehr gute Pizzaria nebenan. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor und nach dem Check in/out im Gebäude lassen. Trotz verkehrsreicher Lage sehr ruhig dank gut gedämmter Fenster.
