The person in charge of the lobby on the shift of approximately 10am was very rude when I left. She kept my belongings without authorization and made an excessive charge on my departure; she mentioned to me that "if I wanted she could charge me more." Terrible and unsafe place. The people in charge of cooking are the only thing that can be rescued from the place.

L’emplacement est vraiment pratique. Notre but était d’être proche de la station de bus MEPE, c’est à seulement 5-6min en voiture.
Autrement c’est assez au centre et c’est facile d’aller où l’on veut à pied.

Cons:

On entend assez le bruit dans les rues.

Don’t book this if you actually want a place to stay. There are better options for cheaper in San José.
Pros:

Since they cancelled my booking the night before I arrived for no reason, I liked absolutely nothing. I had booked this hotel for a reason many months before and a last minute cancellation just because they could get more money by rebooking the hotel and then not even responding to my messages was pathetic.
