Room service sandwich at 9.00pm was very nice but pricey (approx £20 for a sandwich !!)
The meal was bought via a company credit card
Didn't provide a VAT receipt with the meal and reception couldn't provide a VAT receipt but pointed me to the kitchen.
I didn't have time to chase the receipt as I was late for my appointment.
The company policy is no receipt no refund on expenses!
The food was bet tasty and having two separate bars you could go to helped.
The staff were exceptional they could not do enough to help and always had a smile.
And the small pool and relaxation area was brilliant if you’re looking for a good quiet break.

Noise from golfing groups. Doors banging late at night and early mornings.
We informed the reception staff and suggested that in future the hotel clearly displays some appropriately placed signs asking groups to close doors quietly and to respect other staying guests. We have stayed at numerous hotels that display such signs/notices. This may have been a ‘one-off’, but it did happen on BOTH nights of our stay. Overall a great place to stay, but given the price point, we would anticipate that a certain level of conduct should be clearly made clear for ALL guests, golf players or not. We hope that these comments are acted upon by the establishment for future guests.
The scenery and setting of the grounds were beautiful. All staff were very courteous and friendly.
Use of a wheelchair was a little awkward but kept me fit. The hotel did prewarn us and offered the use of a golf buggy to assist if we needed it.
The hotel was attached to a golf course so carparks and area was very busy.
