Pros:

Disappointed with the room and its infrastructure which seems is old. Internal phone was not working. A/c not working.
In the second room, the shower knob was broken. When complained, technician would pretend to be fixing it but had no will to really fix. Possibly he knew that he couldn’t fix due to old equipments.
Staff overall were very courteous.

Dining room - Bodn stood out with his service and willingness to help.

Spa - Dalal was a true professional and excelled in her art of Hammam.

Hotel is magnificent. Just need to fix the old infrastructure

Malgré une situation exceptionnelle, l’établissement n’a fait preuve d’aucune flexibilité ni compréhension. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, je m’attendais à un bien meilleur service client et à davantage de considération envers les clients. Une expérience qui ne correspond malheureusement pas au niveau de service attendu d’un Marriott.

Pros:

This property was a dream 🫶🏻 the room was beautiful and really comfortable beds. Great service from the staff everyone is extremely attentive. I also got a pedicure and the nail tech did a great job, restaurants are great too and the pool area was amazing. Very easy to get to the centre as the hotel also offers very reasonably priced cabs with pick up too. Fes was extremely busy so this was great as it felt like an escape.

A comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent service and great facilities.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, and very friendly and professional staff. The hotel offers great facilities, including a beautiful pool area and relaxing gardens. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long road trip and an ideal base for exploring Fes.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Our stay was comfortable and met our expectations.
