The first thing that I like is how they received us with a smile welcoming from the first gate entrance and all the way to our room, was so pleasant 😊.
The Room was very clean and well organized.
The breakfast was wonderful and has a variety of delicious food.
We had a dinner at a moroccan restaurant JF it was a good experience with a tasty food .
So everything was good more than what I expected.

L’emplacement , la propriété et le personnel
J ai demandé à l’hôte de me référer à une agence pour faire visiter les monuments historique de la ville de Fès
Le guide qui ont référé pour moi et ma femme nous a fait une visite commerciale plus que culturelle
Il nous amène au bazar pour acheter des choses plus que d’aller voir les monuments ( une fois il nous amène chez un baza ou une commerce il nous laisse tous seule, nous sentant gèné et on achète des choses que nous on a pas besoin et c’est été chaire)
À la fin de la visite, le guide nous a laissé tout seul dans un restaurant et nous a dit une fois vous finissez de manger appeler moi et je vais vous envoyer vous le chauffeur pour vous amener à l’hôtel)
J ai mentionné tous sa à la réception comme quoi il n’ont pas référer le bon guide malgré j ai payé chair pour le guide et le transport)
J’ai réclamé même le remboursement mais ils ont demandé juste les excuse

The bi-level family room, comfortable beds, spa and generally helpful staff.
There were a number of issues with our room. Downstairs tv didn’t work, downstairs bath plug didn’t work, there were only 2 rather than 3
Towels and only 1 bathrobe for our family of 3. However the issues were rectified when raised.
La restauration avec ses différents choix de cuisine internationale et marocaine.
La vue depuis ma chambre et la nécessité de déposer une provision au check-in afin de pouvoir consommer et payer à la fin du séjour. Cette information ne nous a pas été communiqué au moment de notre enregistrement. Je n’ai pas apprécié l’insistance de l’employé pour que l’effectuer le règlement sans nous donner le temps de prendre notre petit déjeuner.
